All i have heard is if there is mods and texture packs the it comunity will be very small all i want is the dr. Zhards with all the animals for a mod and the john smith texture pack. Now will there be skins and seeds? plz tell me becauase minecraft wont work on my my moms work laptop and my home computer is WAY to slow so i am geting it on xbox when it comes out

Maybe they will have there own website and you upload your mod to it so its in the system if you have one you made.
They may have a page that has mod genres and a search option once you get one it may take you a page that tells you what it does screenshots etc.
You go to the post and click "add to mod list" or something like that.

Start up the Xbox360 version again and sign in with your mojang account they may download automatically during the login just like an update.
Thats the way I would do it.
They may need to get ports forwarded and Microsoft permission to have that one opened so it communicates with there server.
Bukkit may help with the multiplayer since they were just hired to the mojang team.Minecraft is one of those games that has the power to make Microsoft its ***** because they know how much money they are about to rake in on it i am sure they will include allot of what has been developed.
Seeds defiantly will be added just like the MC PE has them no doubt about it.
If they do have it where you can download mods like DLC then they should either be free or not super expensive and the most of the money goes to the developers of the mod (ie Dr.Zahrk should get paid most of the money if they make his mo creatures mod available.)
Microsoft doesn't allow 3rd Party Mods on the Xbox 360, end of story. You will never be able to take mods from the PC, put them on a flash drive, and load them to your Xbox 360. It's against the Terms of Service of Xbox Live and you can be banned for modding any game on the Xbox 360.

Or there will be a MOD for that too
by MOD i mean modding the xbox it self but hopefully legal to micosoft
Modding your xbox it's self is Against microsofts ToS and will both get your Console Banned from Xbox Live, and Void your warranty.
