just a simple question I Honestly don't think i will because i own the Pc version and i love using multiple mods and texture packs which may never be available on Xbla. Just my opinion though. :smile.gif:
I'm going to buy it. This is because of an odd problem where for whatever reason only one of my friends has been able to set up a reliable server but he happens to be the busiest and can't be on very often (I've tried to set one up myself to no avail). Mostly its just that we have had so many problems setting up a reliable server. Either its random lag spikes, or maybe a patch changed terrain and we can't get a new biome, we've also had two servers that died because of computer failure. Basically its come to the point where most of us would rather just turn on the xbox and play then deal with all the server/computer stuff.
Yep, I will be. I don't have a great computer and have to play on the lowest settings and it gets to boring. Can't wait to play it on max settings on mah xbox. :biggrin.gif:

Not likely at launch anymore. Now that I know more details about what it will allow us to do, I probably won't get it until it becomes closer to the pc version (If it ever does). Originally I was really hyped about this, but now not so much. I'll likely stick to the PC version. Although, I need to see what the final product gives me.

same here the only time my xbox doesnt sit unused is when i get a new game for it such as RE: Operation Racoon City coming out soon and id love for when the new Trials game is released on XBLA and so on but i mainly sit on my pc and of course play minecraft =D and other amazing games on Steam or GFWL
There are only three good reasons as to why someone wouldn't buy Minecraft XBLA. One being that they don't own an Xbox obviously. Two being that they can't justify spending money on the same game on a separate platform. And three being that they don't have enough money.
Anything beyond that just becomes "fanboyism" and being a platform elitist.

i read on another topic that jeb is working on a mod api. and that it might be able to transfer texture packs via flash drives. im not forcin ya but im just sayin

Yes, I will buy it. On the PC version, I always seem to cheat using mods (it makes the game a bit different ) On the Xbox, there wont be mods, maybe an addon type thing, but it should be purely vanilla when it is. Also I dont have to be at the desk all the time
EDIT: Its kind of like a break from mods and stuff, when I'm not busy with school.
No, I already bought the PC version and that will have mods and run better than the Xbox version. Not to mention it will most likely still have much better servers than the Xbox version.
Why pay $15 for a worse version of what I already have?
