It will look like minecraft. The graphics are relatively the same. And as for controls, I think it was IGN that said it felt like an FPS. With the triggers doing alot of the work. And plus, no matter what game you play, the controls are almost always different. SO just like with any other game, you will have to adapt.

As for the controls- what's so special about the keyboard controls? Yea, we're all used to 'em now after hours of practice, but they sure were unnatural at first. I play a few "clones" and the xbox controller just works "better". Don't worry- you'll get used to it.

Well if you want that just get Fortress Craft or one of the other copycats. I personally hate avatar games since the avatars look stupid no matter how you make them look...

The default textures will be the same, have you seen the trailer? Or seen the minecon videos?
Yes, but changing the default textures to hd, doesn't change how the game looks. Also, on the XBLA marketplace it says it supports 1080p. Meaning the textures are hd, unlike the pc version.
