Uhmmm...Server modding could be supported. You never know. Though I know that SSP modding will be there no matter what, as you can easily decompile the game with a USB drive and some programs, and making another ModLoader can't be impossible...That is if that isn't all supported anyways.
No grief protection mods
A griefer's dream. A player on XBox Live can't go 10 min. max without killing someone or breaking something.
No Bukkit
Server managing will be difficult without Bukkit. It will be plain 'ol vanilla Minecraft with tons of griefers that won't be able to get banned.
No mods in general
Players will get pretty bored after 1 day of Minecraft. Let's hope there will be "addons."
Making servers
How is this to work at all? Like FortressCraft's? Most players on XBox don't have the right mind on how to make a server at all on the computer version.

Well..
1) You are right on that one.. maybe there will be a way to import things from PC to Xbox? Cross platforming can be done. Shadowrun is one example.
2) Sorry, I play online all the time on XBox. And if they have a system sat up like Halo, you can PICK what game to join. Just make it where you can search for a certain game world name, or user's game. You can be INVITED to the person's world too. The only bad thing is that unless they find a way to share worlds, the host would have to stay online. Leaving Minecraft would close the world.
3) There is NO reason to using IP on Xbox.. did you ever play a game on XBOX Live? You fire up the game, go to multiplayer, and a list of available open games comes up. Most games you can vote to kick people from games, and ban them by selecting the option to avoid that player in the future. So your point is invalid...
You must be a PS3 fan..
Ya there have been games with rudimentary mod makers in the past.. Mojang will have to make them apart of the program itself.
Ya the IP adress wont be needed.. it will be like any other xbox live game.
People need to get rid of the "Need an IP adress.. it will be hard to do!" mentality.. you NEVER need to give your IP adress or even USE it for ANY XBox games in multiplayer EVER.
I dont think Minecraft 360 will be a port like you all think. it seems like they are rebuilding a lot of it. If it was going to be ported, it would be a very simple matter to just PORT it, as you can already use an Xbox control on the PC anyways. No, it will not be a port, im sure of it.
Footage of the game already show that there have been changes in gameplay.
Exactly!
Use your fricken brains people!
Sorry I just get mad when people dont use common sense.

Course you all do realize that the game isn't even out yet, no one has played it, they've got several months to work on any problems and make all kinds of changes.
So how can there be "problems on minecraft xbox" when there isn't such a thing for a few months yet?

Just a reminder....
Agreed.. im sure the people working on Minecraft 360 thought of these issues..
