After playing minecraft so often since february the moment I saw the video of the Xbox Arcade version I could not wait. Christmas is coming and a lot of kids are getting money. But how much will they have to save for the game when it comes out this spring? The PC version is now $26 and the Xbox version has almost as many features. Minecraft will be an Xbox LIve Arcade game not an indie game. So having said that how much do you think it will cost? I personally will probably save about $25 (US Dollars) just in case. Let me know what you think.


NOTE:

Users who purchased minecraft while in alpha do not receive minecraft on xbla for free as it is a separate game.

Probably between $10 and $20 I would guess. In any case, I'm going to buy it.

1200MSP Is $15 so I will bet that will be the price for the game as that is the the normal cost of most games on Xbox Live Arcade.

And I've haven't seen a game on Xbox Live Arcade go for anything over 12OOMSP so yeah....

My bet is that it will be 1200MSP.

I think its gonna be 1200 MSP-1600 MSP. But I hope on the first week it comes out it will be 800 MSP because I really am looking foreward to buy this for the Xbox 360.

It will be around 1,200 Microsoft points or 15$ i know for a fact it's going to be that price because most of all xbla games are 1,200 :smile.gif:

1200 or 1600 MSP. Most XBLA games are only 1200, but with Minecraft being such a huge title they might raise it to 1600 for the extra money.

The fact that its probably being in a alpha/beta stage like the Pocket Edition, it would be 800 to 1200 Microsoft Points.

Most likely 1200 MSP. I have only seen 1 game go for 1600 points, which was Halo: Combat Evolved.
