OK here's an odd issue - Has anyone else experienced this???
Internet connections were tested on both end of the remote connection and test at 10+ mbps...
Call it "Double Multiplayer" - Multiplayer locally WHILE playing multiplayer online with remote friends - when more than 2 accounts on the same console connect to a multiplayer online map with remote users the OUTGOING audio drops for the console with multiple users logged in.
Tested Scenarios with Results:
1) 1-player local and 1-player remote - Success - Audio works perfectly on both sides
2) 2+ players local-only (game set to Online mode) - Success - audio works perfectly
3) 1 local + 1 remote (Successful), then a 2nd local player joins - Failure - Outbound audio fails - this happens regardless of 2nd account level (silver/gold). This was repeatable on both sides of the remote connection - in other words, I stayed single player and friend had 2nd local player sign in on his console and I lost the ability to hear their audio....
For the failure, all scenarios that failed were retried using headphones (Turtle Beach X32's (New)) instead of Kinect - no change
i got a problem i bbought 1600 mc points card for the game, my region isn't compatible cause my region werent on the options to choose, so now i cant reedeem the code and i dont wanna waste the money, isnt there a way i can exchange the code for a mc xbox code?
It would be really nice if 4J, Mojang, and Microsoft would get together and hash out the legalities and if all seemed ok contact some of the more popular mod dev's for MC and work a deal where their mods can be purchased for 2 or 3 dollars on the XBL market and they would get a large share of said price. I know the mods are free for the pc, but I would be willing to pay 2 or 3 dollars for these mods on the xbox if a chunk of the money went to the devs.
I haven't seen any in the several maps I've played on. Maybe they came in a later update? I will double check this when I am on a pc and not my cell phone.
**Villages were introduced in 1.8. So not the next update, but the one after that we will probably be seeing these.

if minecraft is the only game experiencing these problems, post this in the bug thread for a better chance at a 4j employee seeing this.

you should probably contact microsoft. If it is a problem with the points card they should be able to resolve it.

problem is..if they would do this for some...they would have to do it for all the mods and modders. I really would personally like to see the forestry mods and even possible tekkit on xbox, but I do not think we will see these types on our xbox systems. Until more information is released we only have speculation.
I was wondering if there was any way to save my friends map to my xbox and work on it without him, then when he gets on he can work on it too with or without me. Essentially a shared map that saves the progress to both of our xbox's and both of us can access it at all times. Because right now it is his map only and I can only get on it and work on it when he is there.
I am new to the whole minecraft experience and this looks like a pretty good place to ask this question. I bought the xbox 360 version to play with my little brother online when I am stationed overseas. Now I was wondering if when the game is updated, will your map you have created with the previous versions be updated with the update? Or, is it already been made so it won't apply? I have been reading up on the mincraft game on the wiki page. like strongholds and fortresses will possibly be a feature in the future and that is why I wanted to ask this. Making a new map wouldn't be a problem, but alot of time has gone into the creations we have made so far. XD Any information on this will help me out a bunch ^.^ Thanks!
Ive been playing minecraft since it came out for xbox and well i was wondering if there is a seed that may have some clay cause ive been searching various maps and so far i havent found any clay. some people have said they found some but ive been everywhere and havent found any!

currently map sharing isn't enabled, so there is no way.

The way I'm thinking it's going to happen is that the only thing our old maps wont have will be the biomes and structures. Items, crafting recipes should be the able to update directly into your maps.

When I logged off last night, I was ranked in the top 11 thousand with around 30 thousand stone mined, and when I logged on a few hours ago the leaderboard ranking had me with a complete reset in stats for my mining, and a reduction of more than a 100 km on my travel, when they have all been done legitely is anyone else having this issue, or know of the reason for my reset?
[Q] Will we have regular updates like the PC version had?
(It is giving me nostalgia, as I started in 1.6, but I'm just wondering :P)
the game will update, but not at the speed of the pc version. Xbox has a tighter grip on arcade development when it comes to how often and when things can be updated.
Will there be an increase when mining ore on xbox compared to Pc?
I'm not 100% sure on the ratio for ore generation, but ifrom caving in my world ores seem to be very common, even diamond when at the appropriate level.
So, there is a website that we can be informed about next updates on minecraft xbox 360?
- I know there is minecraftwiki, but it just say that the update will be in summer-

I dont think there is a website that gives every single bit of information, except the wiki, and here.

Can't wait for more news around the patches.
