I mean becuase it is Xbox not PC I thought that it may not be able to handle unlimited generation of land. (But i do not know much about Xbox's utility's)

A few days ago the post on the main thread stated that after the initial release they are going to update the game very quickly so that it will match the PC version, then hopefully they will be able to make the leap between Xbox and PC, SMP. The only way this would be possible is if both versions were exactly the same.

my brother is trying to buy minecraft for the xbox but every time he clicks it and error occurs. he can go into any other game to buy it excepth minecraft any idea why?

They were referring to the Avatar Marketplace items...not the game...please be a bit more mature.
I hope it's the latter myself, but like i said before, I know there is no information about this as of yet, and I hope we wouldn't have to worry about anything shady as to pay for each update.

And as for the update thing why would they say automatic updates for the game.If they didn't mean it they would have said all new content will be a dlc. so no there not going to charge us for the updates is what im saying. they will be charging for stuff like texture pack,mods(if allowed xbox doesn't like mods) and skins

In my opinion, the skins shouldn't cost anything unless pre-made or specials, and the dlc( for example textures and possibly mods) shouldnt cost that much at all or could even be free.
Why do we have to buy minecraft for Xbox if we already bought minecraft for PC? i can got to any PC and log in to my minecraft without buying it again so why can't I log into my xbox and play minecraft if this is supposed to be a direct port?
on the minecraft facebook page it said the "official" release date is going to be Q2 2012 (posted jan 10). Q2 doesnt start until april 1st. but then they said at that conference that the game will be out at march 17th (but may change) which was earlier than their so called "official release date". i doubted the game would be out on the 17th because microsoft almost never puts out game outside of wednesday. there were only a few that came out on a friday.
this lead me to believe that the game will for sure come out on the 21st or 28th since the game is already done and its past the start of spring. i dont see any other reason why the game wouldnt be out by then but now i learned that microsoft will do this update for achievements sometime in the beginning of april that will allow minecraft 400 gamerscore. now it seems likely that april 4th is the release date. its also past the start of Q2 2012.
really sucks we have to wait a 2 weeks just for stupid achievements.

There will be an in-game skin editor. No one is sure how mods and textures will be implemented. All we know is that mojang/4j/microsoft will look into it in the future.

When you bought Minecraft for PC, it guarentees you that you will not have to pay for any future changes/price change/updates to the game on PC. Xbox is another format/system. Like stated above, currently I can think of no games where if you buy the PC version, the Xbox version becomes free to play.

The only game I have seen that you could go from one system to the next was FFXI. BUT...That game you can play the same game on all three of the systems. PS2 / PC / XBOX. You also pay a monthly subscription to have access to there servers.
This being said...completely different how Minecraft PC and Minecraft Xbox will work together. Upon release, Minecraft Xbox will not be up to the same version of it's PC counterpart. PC and Xbox players will not be able to play together currently, and no known information if they can in the future.
That brings to the last point...you're not paying for the same game you currently have right now.
