until it is a definite answer, the answers that are given will not be changed otherwise. Unless the "gameplay" videos are from and Official Source and actually say "this will be the version upon release" the answer will not be changed. This also goes for the pricing. TheElm has said it once, doesn't need to repeat themselves 100 times.
Will Xbox players be able to download mods, and if so, how?
The easy answer is no, because it’s a closed system. But we’re aware of how important that mods are for Minecraft so… it’s going to be a tougher nut to crack. It would definitely be a nice thing to do. It’s something on the list of things to investigate. It might be for something further down the line. The priority we’re looking at things is in this order: skins, textures and then mods. That’s how we’ll tackle things.
Well it'll be an Arcade game. Arcade games are NEVER! more expensive then 1600msp
Uhm, you cant really compare two games prices just because they fall in the same category. But seeing as how the PC version is 26$ I dont think it will cost any more than 20$ / 1600 MS points seeing as how they wont be releasing 1.0.0 at release. It will most likely be something 1.8.1 and under.
Thanks for answering some questions for me. I've been setting up my friends server since friday the 10th. I'll try my best to keep things going hear. But atleast you guys will be able to come play minecraft with me in the future.

NP. Don't see a reason why we can't help each other out. You can't be here 100% of the time and if people know the answers might as well help you out since you have done a lot already with just making this thread. And playing is tempting...currently been playing with my friends on a Tekkit server...not sure if i can play on a regular server right now. lol

True, The server I was actually setting up was for Tekkit. I also added tons of plugins such as iconomy, dynmap, bPermissions, Multi-world, etc. Once me and my friend get the port-forwarded and he gets his computer upgraded people can start registering. I actually started a nether-town using wireless redstone and different colored lamps. The nether-base will be like a giant town where you can rent/buy houses to have there while also traveling around safely in the base. The nether can actually be sustainable to life now because of nether-ores. Though we did disable Equivalent Exchange on the server because my friend in a week set up all the machines and could get me everything I needed to get started in like 6 seconds. I used the wireless redstone to make a power-grid room and then set up all the lamps to be hooked up into sectors, so for example the Food productions room (an automated wheat farm) I could turn off all the lights, machines, etc. with one switch.
I'd hang on to this tweet. I wonder what Notch will say.....

so much to do x.x...so much to learn. right now i am basically setting up as the farmer of the server I'm on...i have two peat farms running, a wheat farm, and a tree farm (to always make sand, dirt, and wheat to make mulch for my carpenter bog earth recipe). Now i have enough peat to run all my machines...and have everyone else on my server (5 other people) be able to use peat fired engines. do much to do...so much diamond to do it all x.x
we have equivelent exchange on...without that i don't think i'd ever be able to make my machines x.x
CANT WAIT TILL RELEASE!!!!!!!!
How did you figure out the pricing

Content coming out does not mean the actual game is coming out.
