there could be ones for j-tags like for gta iv
or maybe some awsome guy will make a program so that people can make mods easily and put them on a flash drive. If that could be possible the creators would need to make a file or something within the minecraft save file in ur flash drive to drag in ur mod
i might be thinkin about the computer a little to much
They should do what bungi did and let people download stuff from online and have it sync to their xbox live file to get the mod or skin like the Forbes in reach

If they do add mods can mojang add pixelmon, it's going to be more educational to other younger gamers because there's no mobs to fight, the esrb rated the pokemon game an e 4 eveyone, so basically Minecraft will get a better rating well at least pixelmon will

They're not going to make mods for the console versions of Minecraft.
DLC will eventually be created and 4J might base it on popular PC mods. However, things like Pixelmon will never be created because it uses copyright and trademark stuff from Nintendo.

In addition to what MG said, the ESRB age rating of a game would never be lowered because of an add-on.

It has been repeatedly explained that 4J will not be allowing mods in the console versions of Minecraft, and that this is because of the requirements of the platform owners (Microsoft and Sony), and it is not going to change.
Trials HD is a XBLA game and it has DLC.
Not really mod is an abbreviation to modification and modificate is different to expand

Microsoft won't make money of others creations.
