*Diorite (the white stone) stairs at Reuben's grave (I even edited the minecraft wiki page about diorite and added that piece of info: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Diorite )
About the wiki page about diorite - I un-spoiled it using
<span title="In Minecraft: Story Mode, Reuben's grave on episode 4 is made out of diorite and a new stair variant of it, which cannot be found in the actual game"><small>This tooltip contains detailed information about the plot of ''[[Minecraft: Story Mode]]'' that may spoil your enjoyment of the game itself. so no-one won't get spoiled just by reading about diorite.

"Diorite is in Story Mode? Great. Now the whole plot is ruined for me!"
1, the tall armor stand used to hold the taller enderman suit.
2, the doors are considerably wider
3, the end looks much different (And better in my opinion)
4, Remember the beacon the Ocelots used to build their Rainbow Beacon? the beacon looked like it was made of stained glass, rather than normal glass
5, Most of the stone/grass/gravel in the game has varied textures. Look in the 'Bridge jump' scene in the canyon to see it, and the ep3 Wither storm scene to see the grass
P.S: The 'strange light block at endercon' is just a lighted version of the modern windows, to make it look like theres light inside the building.
Plus, there's also the 'ropes' that hold up the redstone lamps at the convention area (where they get the chickens, etc)

Yeah, missed that. Thanks. I'll add it to the OP.
2, the doors are considerably wider
Yep. We covered alternate doors.
3, the end looks much different (And better in my opinion)
Doesn't really have to do with items/blocks, does it?
4, Remember the beacon the Ocelots used to build their Rainbow Beacon? the beacon looked like it was made of stained glass, rather than normal glass
You can do that in vanilla.
5, Most of the stone/grass/gravel in the game has varied textures. Look in the 'Bridge jump' scene in the canyon to see it, and the ep3 Wither storm scene to see the grass
Yeah, I'll add that.
P.S: The 'strange light block at endercon' is just a lighted version of the modern windows, to make it look like theres light inside the building.
That's something entirely different than whaI pointed out, but I need to add that also. Thanks.
Plus, there's also the 'ropes' that hold up the redstone lamps at the convention area (where they get the chickens, etc)
1. Maybe replace Enhanced Chest textures to Enhanced 3D Textures because a lot of textures are 3D such as the Crafting Table, Enchanting Table, Dispenser etc.
2. Unlocked iron door...from the tower in Boom Town? (Because the Iron Door has a different texture)
3. Stained glass beacons are not possible in vanilla; even checked the wiki about it.
4. I think the "Fire powered piston" is a reference to the BUD (Block Update Detector)
In Episode 4 he said that the enchantment book had the power of a command block, not the power to destroy it in 3 hits
In theory. But it didn't execute a /kill witherstorm. So when it was applied to a tool, at least for a survival mode player, it could not use commands evidently. Also, no weapon or tool in vanilla Minecraft can break a command block. And a command block can't either. Only despawn another one.
Also there is the shinier gold block, different texture than the normal one in the game. Seen in many places like Soren's base. There's also the withered redstone dust inside the Witherstorm. Also Ellegard and Magnus's armor is part of the skin. If it was a separate item, it would be 3d.
Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Thank you, I'll add it to the original post.

[To compare: Forge 1.8 took a LONG time]
I support:
Possibly even more when I discover them

The block that emits light to light up the Armor Stands in Ivor's Armory?
Some of the iron doors are unlocked and can be opened by their hands. They also have handles. Maybe Unlocked Iron Doors could be added to the list...
Added. Thanks.
Also added. Since there are also iron doors with vanilla physics.
Oh yeah, I remember that. I'll write it down. Thanks.
Five things you forgot:
1, the tall armor stand used to hold the taller enderman suit.
2, the doors are considerably wider
3, the end looks much different (And better in my opinion)

(OK, here we go)
Yeah, missed that. Thanks. I'll add it to the OP.

Yeah, I'll add that.

I'll add this too.
Actually, I think it's 1 devourer storm and 2 destroyers. That's what it looks like to me...
Vermiculus Regis surrexit de tenebrae ad suo soliu
OK, I'll fix that soon.
*clap8
I think you got a little bit mixed up
To that level where I used the almighty sarcastic *clap8 Meme with the intentional 8
Vermiculus Regis surrexit de tenebrae ad suo soliu
XD
OK, I'll fix that epic fail. I'll admit I was a bit in a hurry.

So, any good coders want to try to mod all these blocks and items into the game?
^

I have the wither redstone already.
If it was part of the skin they wouldn't be able to give it to you when one of them kicks the bucket.
