PS4 did about a month ago I think as it's still a relevant platform and with crossplay being opened up it has the same updates as other Bedrock platforms now.
But as the PS3 & Vita are legacy platforms, the last update they got was the Aquatic one, nothing past it will appear on those 360, Wii U, New 3DS, and other platforms that had the '' Edition at the end like Xbox One Edition, Switch Edition, but those have the ability to use Bedrock which if you have or PS4 Edition and got the update you'll get the Bedrock version for free so you don't have to buy money on console a second time.
Will the ps vita get the minecraft together update?
No they won't because Sony said they will not allow it.
