Cracking animation hit or miss (wood was my worst with only about half success for animation)
Random creeper spawning (look around, nothing, then move and boom)
Creeper short fuse (hiss boom, instead of usual hisssssss, boom, usually happens with a random spawn)
Blocks still appearing for a brief moment after breaking / flashing in and out when breaking
The above mentioned seeds from wheat issue (Though i have not noticed it to that extreme but the occasional 0 means you can wind up with less than needed to replant)
Items not stacking properly on the ground or items disappearing from stack on ground ( Broke a 3x3 (9) area of gravel, only picked up 7 pieces)
Shadows remain after trees are gone (gonna test more but I have seen it a couple times, not sure if it happens every time)
Double hits on 1 hit blocks like wheat and grass (1 press of button and 1 hit animation can destroy 2 blocks)
Also not sure if its a bug or not but I cannot seem to access any skin packs or texture packs.
On the plus side my chests have not randomly cleared yet lol
A serious bug i've found which i feel is major game breaking. One of the worlds i've been using as a test world i found loading errors that cause a complete wipe of the entire world forcing the seed to 0 on the actively loaded map (ender chest, and all items are affected, including player inventory). This bug seems to be created based on when PSN network connection drops (Times out) or a manual save is done with 15minute auto save enable. I cannot pinpoint exactly what the cause is but based on my current experience it is related to AD-Hoc, PSN connectivity, and having the screen time out due to no activity on said ps-vita(s).
I find this as a serious major game breaking bug. Please be aware of it, and try to track what causes it in your instances, i've had this happen to me on 3 worlds now.
I'm having similar issues with uploading a world from the PS3 to the vita. It has been a problem with PS4 as well. It seems to take a very long time to upload and more often than not would get a message that the upload failed and to try again later. Its the only world in my PS3 save file and it is greater than 16MB last I checked which may have something to do with it? I've managed to upload it once after backing up my save file and deleting Minecraft from my PS3 and re-installing everything. Only then was the PS4 and Vita able to download that copy, the PS4 worked flawlessly but the vita version still had an issue saving any progress. It acts as if its saving changes but when I goto reload the level it just started me over as if nothing ever happened. I tried renaming my world hoping that may have been an issue only to find another bug in that it basically destroyed that world seed and generate a new world. And just to be through, I cleared everything off my vita and re-downloaded minecraft and created a fresh world and did the reverse to test uploading back to the PS3. It not only uploaded 10 times faster but downloaded and worked fine in PS3. I will probably do some more testing after work to see if its file size related by making a new world on the PS3 and test to see if it will upload to the vita.
1) Hold map
2) Drop map
3) Pick up map while very quickly opening inventory
4) Enjoy the show
So yea if someone could confirm that doing that causes all your items to disappear then reappear continuously till you close your inventory that would be lovely.
EDIT: Odd but it worked every time till I moved to another location so I could record it.
EDIT2: NVM I got it to do it again, Timing is a tad tricky but yea I can reproduce it. might need to pick up map while moving.
I don't know if this is just my seed that is doing this, so if someone else can confirm whether it is happening to them, I would appreciate it. I also have the Seed and Coordinates if someone wouldn't mind checking to see if they experience the same problem.

It isn't so much a major problem, but it is feeling a little game breaking, because I don't have to manually breed for food or wool. The noise is also constant.
Game will NOT save after transfering world from PS3 to Vita
I transfered my world from PS3 -> Vita fine. After playing for an hour on Vita I save and exit, but when I reopen the save I am back where I started after importing and no progress has been saved. Tried multiple times and get the same result.
Does not happen if I create a new world on Vita. Just when I try and save my imported file.
I'm also getting the glitch where my progress keeps resetting after transfering a save from the PS3 Edition. It only happens to me when my Vita is connected to the Internet, regardless of whether Minecraft is. Now I just disable my Vita's Wifi completely each time I play Minecraft. A bit of a hassle, but it stops the save from being reset.
small glitch, when building a ladder up the inside of a mountain in a 1x1 area the top space will go black once a ladder is put there even if a torch is in the next block below if that makes any sense.
Okay I am having the savegame issue as well. I uploaded my world from PS3 and downloaded on Vita. Played a bunch on Vita, saved multiple times, slept in new beds, etc. But when I exit and come back to the the world in Vita it appears to have reset (like Groundhog day), however there are some key differences:
1. It's the same spawn location as when I first played the PS3 world on Vita
2. I have the same inventory and XP as when I first played the PS3 world on Vita
3. The structural changes I've made since, things I've built destroyed etc. have persisted - so the world updates seem to have saved correctly.
To those of you having this issue, go back to where you make some world change and see if the world is now different even if your person isn't. It seems the issue is related to the person status (location, inventory, xp), but the objects in the world (block placement, chest contents) are saving. It's not a dealbreaker for me (since I usually pause/resume on Vita anyway, and as long as you put your stuff away in chests it should be there when you come back) but it sure is a pain to have to run back to your new area of interest every time.
Adventuring time trophy issues. You have to go through a nether portal after discovering the 17 biomes even if you've already been to the nether. I just got it after going through a portal I've been through a lot.

I am also experiencing these bugs. I'm also experiencing slight (very slight) lag every now and then. Other than these problems, I am loving the port.
