So I was very excited to join this server today, hoping for a good time and some roleplay. Sadly PaperCarrier wouldn't talk to me in game, perhaps he was in a party. I followed him around for about 15 minutes, repeatedly bowing at him to try to get his attention so I could figure out where to start in terms of getting involved with how things run on the server. He basically ignored me for a long while. While I was waiting on him outside, his iron golem had managed to hop up on the fence. I walked too close to it trying to get it to get off the fence, but alas it fell over to the other side, then down a click. AT NO TIME did I do anything to this golem other then walk near it, and with no intentions of pushing it off the ledge.
As soon as it happened, PaperCarrier came out, looked down the cliff, then kicked me. When I asked why, he said I was griefing and that I had attacked the golem. I had explained this situation to him. He had a stair block, one block space, and then his fence block. Golems are 2 blocks wide and 2 blocks high. The golem was wandering like he does and was doomed to go over the fence. PaperCarrier swears that I attacked his golem.
About an hour after I was kicked, he felt the need to ask me if I edited one of his signs to something completely useless, even though I had no access to the server at that time.
If I was a griefer, I could have done plenty of things:
Broken glass, destroyed creations, looted chests, built silly things over other things, ect...
All I did was try to get his attention to figure out how to play, grabbed some food from the public noobie chest, and failed at saving his golem from attempting to commit suicide. Now he has decided to unfriend me after we finally sorted out that mess and everything was okay.
Map 9/10
Information 7/10
Communication 0/10 (No one using mics at all)
Administration 0/10 (seriously, griefing)
I wish anyone who attempts to play here the best of luck. I'm obviously not welcome. I didn't know being respectful and trying to figure out how to play/where things were is considered griefing.

Sorry for your horrible experience, As for info communication if you read this thread and bulletin board and signs in game, you should know the basics. I do have a mic and use it whenever possible and if I'm not available I could be in a party, away from the game or with visitors but checking on the game every now and then. In the meantime you can always explore, start your own mine, build, etc. This is a 24/7 server so it really is dedicated to players 24/7 unless there's a interruption in internet access or power or the game crashes while I'm away.
All info and tool chests are available at spawn. Yes the iron golem does walk on the fence at times but never jumps off. Me and my girlfriend clearly witnessed you 'punching' it facing the water outside the fence, knocking it into the river. I have a zero tolerance policy on griefing even if only done once. Obey the server rules, be cool, have fun and everything will be fine. As of now, it's still in beta and will continue to accept player feedback and make any change necessary to improve player experience.
Actually this gives me and idea. I could setup a suggestions and ideas board somewhere near. If only 4J Studios could implement the book and quill already (doubt they will though).
It wasn't connection issues at all, the game crashed and shut itself down while I was asleep, it's up to 4J to fix the game, I feel you, it upsets me too. I got it back up when I woke up. Sorry about that, it's the things that happen when playing on servers. This is why I prefer North American players to join because they play in our daytime hours where the game can be monitored more closely.
So far I would like to thank the great players who have join the server for contributing to the community, helping make it a cleaner, better and a more civilized place, for all your feedback to help improve the server, you've all been great and have done amazing things. Keep up the good work!
I'm good at Building Xp farms, building designs or like a compound type things, hunting, farming. Automatic farms, potion making and red stone I could learn a little more
This ain't a PVP or combat based server, it's mostly a more peaceful, civilized community style place. I could implement a combat arena or dedicate a area in the word for that style of gameplay in the future.
