It runs and loads better
Has the most up to date items and mechanics
No stupid 50 spawn cap
Infinite worlds so your not restarting them every other update for the new content
No waiting 2 months after Java to get updates with half the features
The shop for skins, maps, mods etc like skyblock
When they're live, servers so no waiting on people to be online to play and more minigames
Ill take adjusting to bedrock graphics over missing out on all the above. If you dont like it thats cool but Mojang are apparently working towards there only being bedrock by 2025.

Obviously its not completely infinite but 2,500x2,500 or 60,000x60,000 gives you so much more time before restarting for new content.
Again menu load or game load, most will take not waiting 5 mins for chunks to load than menu.
Converting can do that to worlds, sucks but it happens, its programming and it has issues at launch like everything does, but again benefits outweigh it.
Like i said dude, if you prefer editions thats cool, but dont expect everyone else to hate it just because you do. Makes you sound like the typical anti Minecraft update people who complain every update makes it 'less minecraft' then are fine with it after they get used to it.
The performance is better than Java in many ways, while I'm not into Bedrock for multiplayer it is a reason many people would with crossplay. Sure the mobile like interface but that's since it is for tons of platforms. Windows 8/10 go for Mobile/Tablet/PC like consistency. Besides the loading is for the world once and it works fine afterwards, at least from my experience but I use Windows 10 for Bedrock not console anymore. I've never been into infinite worlds but you still get large scale and it's more manageable. With Bedrock I could pick it up where I left off I don't need to worry if I don't have an device (Tablet/Laptop) that can run Java unless I care about mods I can just launch it. I'm not big on Bedrock due to Java benefits but I won't deny the benefits it has that I listed and many I didn't.
Bedrock is a lot smoother than any other minecraft version, currently. Infinite worlds and more mobs than editions, too. I don't like bedrock though because it has more glitches.
Why? Why do you so love Minecraft Bedrock?
It's just a port of PE on console. Microsoft bring the whole PE version to console. And what do they change? Nothing!!!
It's not better. It's W O R S E . Just look at the graphic. A mobile graphic to a console like PS4. U N A C C E P T A B L E
Who's agree with me?

Yeah. Infinite world. I reach the border of the world.
Yeah. It loads & runs faster. It takes me 5 minutes to load the menu.
My 2 yrs building has turn into dirt and sand after I convert it.
IT SUCKS.
