Tip- Don't just repair every tool or piece of armor. You can get a new diamond shovel for 1 diamond so it's probably not good to repair it but a chest plate cost 8 diamonds so repairing that is a more efficient use of resources.
You can either make a huge complex super charged creeper farm to get a bunch of them or you can do it my way and flatten a huge area of land say about 60-128 blocks in every direction from your center point. Then every thunderstorm rush out to the center and stand on a temporary tower so you can watch for a creeper getting struck by lightning. Its really really rare as the lightning has to strike within 3 blocks of the creeper and when it does it will visually look like it struck the creeper directly. You can also optionally dig a bunch of holes in the area 1.5 or 2 blocks deep to try to keep creepers stuck in them so they cant chase you and so you can bring your desired enemy to them. If you want to keep them on ice till you can get the right type of head you want you can put a nametag on the super charged creeper to keep it from despawning while you hunt down a zombie, creeper, skeleton, or wither skeleton to be blown up by it for that mob's head. Be sure to wear good armor as super charged creepers deal a lot more damage with their bigger explosions. If possible try to save as soon as you are at your center point, once you have heard a thunderstorm and rushed over. At least on PS4 you can exit without saving if you dont get a charged creeper and load your world back up and the thunderstorm will be there again with another chance at striking a creeper as every time its random.
sidenote: If you do it my way then I would make the top layer grass and the layer under it cobblestone as the grass will make it so animals can spawn during the day giving it another use and the cobblestone is easy to obtain and minimizes the explosion damage, but I would not bother adding the cobble unless a hole is needed to be filled for some reason, just keep some on hand for when holes happen from say your super charged creeper? Also any caves/ dark areas that mobs can spawn in will slow down your mobs spawning where you want them to and if you do get one try to only lead mobs to it that you want a head from or you might just get a head you didn't want.
Tip- Flowers that are 2 blocks high (there are 4 of them) can be reproduced by placing bonemeal directly on the flower. You get 1 additional flower to plant for every piece of bonemeal.
Tip- To find the spawn area try placing a bucket of lava. You can not place lava, from a bucket, in the spawn area so this will give you a box 4 or 5 blocks larger than the spawn location.
Tip- Lava will flow into the spawn area if you place the source block outside of the spawn area and have the lava flow downhill into the spawn area. Pic shows lava flowing into the spawn area on the seed Golden Apple. Link to seed Golden Apple below:
Tip- You can use a crafting table in classic crafting mode to repair some unenchanted items without having to use xp.

Tip- You can place glass blocks over watermelon and pumkin vines to prevent animals and villagers from breaking them.

Tip- To get maximum level enchantments you need 15 bookshelves and an air space between the bookshelves and the enchantment table.

Tip- If you make the wither you can use iron golems to help you kill him to get the nether star.

I mine thousands of blocks of obsidian and I LOVE having an efficientcy 5 pick.
Tip- If you lead a creeper into water then when he blows up he will not destroy any blocks and you won't take any damage.
