Please give us mouse and keyboard support for minecraft PS4 edition but for everything besides minigames. The PS4 allows for game developers to make their games to be mouse and keyboard compatible and I really think minecraft PS4 would be perfect for this since minecraft on PC is played with a mouse and keyboard and its a lot easier to play with a M&KB. If you kept the mouse and keyboard support only for survival, creative and adventure mode people wouldnt complain about the advantage that mouse and keyboard has over a controller. Please consider this!
Please give us the option to have "open" servers. Ex. If I start a new online world, anyone of my friends (or specific people that I can choose) can join my world/server reguardless if I (the world/server creator) is online or not. If its such a hassle to do make a server rental program where you would have to pay for example $5 (CAD) every 3 months to run the server, or just put it in the game for free?:D Anyways please consider this. It would make a lot of people lives easier when trying to play with friends or on your friends servers.
Minecraft needs more mini games! Some mini games that you should add the Minecraft are The Walls, Spleef, paint ball (with snowballs), Nail, TDM, Capture the whool.
You dont necessarily have to make these mini games have the same name or be the exact same as the original but make more mini games simialr to the ones I mentioned. Minecraft Console Edition would be a hell of a lot funner.
Hire a team to make use of adventure mode. For ex. Make a story mode/campaign similar to Uncharted Territory from PC but on console. You could sell these for like $10 USD and make tons of money off it.
The Meaning of Life, the Universe, and Everything.
Unlimited is a bit extreme, but some sort of optimisation (especially for the Pro) would be nice for higher caps, larger render distances etc. The latter might come with the Super Duper graphics pack but no one knows whether there's an actual chance of that one arriving on PS4.
this suggestion im making could be for all consoles the suggestion is
on the world creation screen with amplified hills and so on a input option to put a set cords as world spawn would be nice
i am planning on making a huge project the world spawn spot is critical to my project itll be a trohpy world which is why i cant use host privlages to set worlds spawn spot the starrting map you start in im going to turn it into the map from megaman legends and try to get the buildings done the same i know the scale of buildings wont be right with the map size
the worlds spawn spot would be where the flutter crashes on the game which is why a world spawn chunk setting would be nice when making a world to pick the rough spot to start in even if its on a huge mountain itll pick the reasonble area thats not lava to spawn on like the attached image ill be turning the starter map unto a megaman legends map stripping land filling in oceans and so on
due to host privlages disabling trohpys its a pain making new worlds to find there not in rough section to delete world then make a new and repeat the process countless times
I think the L3 button to change to thurd person view is a big problem in Minecraft PS4. It is too easy to accidentally hit when doing a sharp movement because you are surprised by a mob or opponent. Resulting in unavoidable death as you loose your viewing rereferences. This L3 button should be configurable, I would disdisable it right away for instance. Hardly ever use third person.
We should be able to pick and choose textured blocks from any purchased texture pack.
I cant not tell you how bad i wish to BUY like almost every texture pack but i refuse to because it makes lots of other blocks and mobs look HORRIBLE. Like i love the festive pack but i h8 that every mob is dressed up so i dont use it....
Then id say colored lights should be added. I want a red glowing room :/
If this version of the game is entering its end-of-life fairly soon, I think the game would still be great. Honestly, I'd be fine if they didn't even release updates past 1.13. There's so much content in the game, I could keep playing for years. That being said, I think there are some things I'd like to see. These aren't necessarily "features", like new items or blocks, but things like auto-jump, which change the game on a more fundamental level.
First and foremost, I'd like to see 4J implement some aim assist with the Bow. The Bow, on consoles, is very difficult to use with how the controls work in the game. When you move the analog stick in a circle, you form a square box on-screen. This makes aiming very difficult, especially in Battle. Perhaps this isn't needed for Singleplayer or on Hard difficulty, but I would like to see aim assist come in some way.
I also think it'd be smart to add a World Painter-type tool to creative, allowing you to place several blocks at once. This could seriously unleash creativity not before seen on this game and would allow players to create awesome, custom landscapes.
Finally, to allow players to show off their creativity, I'd like to see the addition of a world-sharing function. Players can upload their world to a server, and others can download and explore the world on their own. This would, again, do wonders for the creative side of the community.
