Um, no, that screen shot was announcing Iron Golem plushie. The tweet said absolutely nothing about any future TU addons. And if it had, they would have managed a number for the TU.

And if you look carefully at the TV screen under that iron golem plushie , you see the console version of minecraft with Steve in a mesa biome , with a guardian in the little pond , and some new fish , blocks and mutton in the toolbar.
More Blocks: Looks like diorite; polished diorite; andesite; polished andesite; granite and polished granite??? when blown-up the image is really too blurry on my machine to clearly confirm these, but a gal can hope can't she
ICE SPIKES! Ice Spikes / Mesa Biome, Slime Blocks, Banners, and Armor Stands are what I'm looking forward to the most. Banners haven't been confirmed yet, but with that last update, all the others have been.
I hope it's out around Christmas time or earlier

Not soon enough
I have no evidence at all so take this at what it is, but if I had to guess, I would say December. It makes sense for them to try to synchronize the launch of 1.8 on PS3 with 1.9 on PC, since they're being developed at roughly the same time anyway.
The PC development team (which doesn't work with the Console Edition team, but I find it hard to believe that there's no communication at all) said it would take them a month to finish developing 1.9 and then another month of bug testing. We've been getting teaser images since October, so if Console Edition follows roughly the same schedule, it's reasonable to expect it to be out in December. And of course to show teaser images they had to already develop it a little, so it's possible it could even be late November / early December.
But I don't have any insider information or anything. It could be months from now.
