does anyone know a seed mostly filled with grasslands and has an avarage amount of biomes with it covering the majority of the map with less ocean and villages with blacksmith?
also i hate to much jungle
Seed I found has 3 or 4 skeleton spawners, dual blaze spawner, quad cave spider spawner and a stack of other spawners. Instead of listing them all out here I've posted the seed (with coordinates) for everyone. Just follow my profile and look at posts: it's the seed with 50+ chests in the title. Kudos to Ant and HolyVoid for being so active on this seed forum!

Spawns you in a tundra biome. Contains most biomes. Center of map has a huge lake with mushroom island. Has 1 village moderately sized and 1 desert temple.
Great find necronium, this map is pretty close to perfect for me. I will keep it as a back up in case I get tired of looking. Basically the only thing I don't care for of this map is the lack of swamp and extreme hills. Also after reading more into how to mate villagers I'm starting to exclude maps that have more than one village even if that one village is too big. I plan on enslaving a small village to build one big village of my own design so I no longer want to have other villages taking away from the population limit. Thanks for the support and I encourage others to check out that seed because it is quite interesting.

So far the only thing that i absoutely exclude anymore are towns without any vilages. Nostly because i dnt want to have to deal with the hassle of trying to cleanse 2 zombie villagers just to get a village started.
Sidenote* I enjoy making custom villages and am planning on starting a rather ambitious village probably in that lake seed.
Yeah I do the same thing......but I've learnt the hard way that you have to be careful when mapping out new dwellings for villagers. Seems that each village (game generated or made) will have a central hub. Build too far away from that point and the villagers won't move into them....and all you're left with is lots of empty houses! Pretty easy to tell where the central point is though.....light up all the houses and watch which house the villagers are drawn to. You'll find they favour a particular house and that's the central hub. I also add pressure plates and red stone lights over the door so I can tell at a glance which houses are occupied even from a distance.

Hello if you guys like survival island seeds, i have found one of the bests survival island seeds yet! the seed haves an island with one tree on it, a cave on it that goes to diamond level and ravines, at one of the ravines there is a slime chunk near diamond level, There are diamonds, mushroom islands, and i have found some diamonds in the caves, other small islands with a tree on it, and some mob spawners!
Another seed that is good spawnes you in a plains biome near a forest and snow biome. if you go follow the plains, you will find a flat space you can build your house at and a village with a blacksmith with a zombie spawner by it exposed in a small hill.
Seed Name: NPC village

Highlights:
-No extreme elevation changes. Only one or two large hills. No mountain *ranges*. No deep valleys, canyons, or chasms.
-Very little lava above ground. Just a couple of pools.
-Relatively small Jungle and Tundra biomes compared to some other worlds.
-4 villages, all reachable fairly quickly from the spawn point. 3 need very little work, the other needs a little, but not a ton. In other words, not many broken houses or messed up pathways. One of the villages has a Desert Temple. That village is laid out very nicely.
-There is an additional Desert Temple by itself. It's possible there may be a Jungle Temple, but I have not explored the Jungle yet.
-Mooshroom island easily accessible. It's in a bay rather than out on the outskirts of the sea. On the negative side, it's a pretty small Mooshroom Island.
-Lots of caves that are easy to find, enter, and explore. One of them quickly leads to the Stronghold. I've never found a world where you can find the Stronghold in a matter of minutes before. No, that's not an exaggeration. I'll let you discover it on your own, rather than spoil the fun.
-Lots of places to build houses, castles, bases, forts, plant crops, raise animals, etc. Very little landscaping is needed.
-The land is mostly near the center meaning the water is mostly to the outside edges. No annoying bodies of water to get in your way.
-Lots of Plains/Grasslands with animals galore for easy food.
-Navigating/exploring is quite easy due to most of the above.
I hit the random seed for this one and got very lucky. It's damned near perfect for my taste.
Side note: If anyone likes exploring canyons, I can post a seed later for a world that has two or three huge ones. While having big gaping trenches may not sound like a positive, it works for this particular world. The rest of it is pretty likable and I found it to be a fun world to explore. It has the added bonus of starting you off right next to a village which sits on biome borders, so you have choices of where to go and where to set up a house, right from the start. I don't have the seed number for that right this minute, the other one I had written down because I shared it with someone else recently. I'll have to get this one the next time that I'm playing.

I love ravines, i would definately be interested in this seed. My friend has one where the stronghold is in a ravine thats not exposed to the surface.
But the interesting thing about this seed is that this ravine stars out into 4-5 other ravines that cover the majority of the map. Ive actually been meaning to get this seed number from him so i can populate the ravine star and make it into my home base.

You can try the seed that I posted in post #41 in this topic, Chizaru. I'm not sure how closely it will live up to what you want, but it should be pretty close.
what is the seed you didnt say what it was and this would be perfect for me cuz i have been looking for a plains/desert biome map for a build i am planning

I believe he did say the seed ( sorry for cutting in). KJS just type in the word "Chizaru" into the spot where you put in a new seed number to create a new world. Be aware that the recent update may have changed the world slightly.

-1827558302 is mostly snow/ice, very little rain and I have found wells, but no villages.
A very odd one and the most glitchy seed I have played to date, but also one of my top faves is 1352408440216731942.
TOKYO has several desert temples, jungle temple, several blacksmiths, great variety of biomes.
Alien, -9112652585177887426, 3337127, God and stampy are all around good seeds.
Spawn in a blacksmith village with plains and dessert being the only biome and easy to find diamonds
also i hate to much jungle

There ya go. I think you'll have fun exploring that one.
