Spider spawner at x: 8, y:40, z:136 (2 chests with 6 gun powder, 3 buckets, cocoa, 4 wheat, music disc "13", 3 redstone, 1 bread, Protection 1)
It was near my spawn point so I was making a welcome center and getting coal and it was at the bottom of a big hole in the ground, could just barely see the mossy cobble. (x: 10, y 65, z: 147 is the top of this hole)
there is also some gravel to the left of it, if you go through that, and a little to the left there is another spider spawner at x: -10, y 45, z: 139 (1 chest with 2 bread, 2 redstone, 4 wheat, 1 bucket)
There are a ton of cave systems in this area, I just havent explored them all because I wanted to finish building my welcome center.
Just started playing this seed. The villages are interesting, one is like a mini Venice. Haven't found a priest yet but only briefly looked in three villages near the spawn. Looks like a very promising seed though. Been looking for a good seed since TU14 came out so well done on this one, thanks for posting.

just so everyone knows, not all of the coordinates are correct because the OP used coordinates from the PS3 edition. He also posted this on Gamefaqs and everyone there is posting corrected coordinates. check it out.
slime chunks -198 28 133 This is about 22 blocks below a zombie spawner so if you make a gravity xp farm then the bottom of it will be in some caves with slimes spawning so you can kill two birds with one stone.
I've been searching for a good seed for a few days and this one was the best I've found by far. I'll provide coordinates below, but if you do wish to explore the map on your own, do not read any of the lines below the seed.
Seed: -6120648606982687686
Villages:
Great Plains Village w/ Farmers, Carrots, and Wheat - x:20, Y:70, z:37
Great Plains Village w/ Blacksmith, Butcher, Farmers, Potatoes, and Wheat - x:276, y:70, z:68 (located by a cave that leads to abandoned mineshaft x: 240, y:65, z:76)
Great Plains Village w/ Butcher, Librarian, and Farmers. No Crops - x:88, y:70, z:-180
Great Plains Village w/ Priest, Butcher, Farmers, Carrots, Wheat, and Potatoes - x:-70, y:80, z:-215
Great Plains Village w/ Librarians, Carrots, Wheat, and Potatoes - x:324, y:70, z:293
Desert Village w/ Blacksmith, Butcher, Farmers, Carrots, Wheat, Potatoes - x:325, y:71, z: -235
Temples:
Jungle Temple - x:-298 y:83 z:-330
Jungle Temple - x:-410 y:75 z:326
Desert Temple - x:314 y:75 z:-310 Note: Loot is inconsistent. I managed to collect 4 emeralds and 6 diamonds on my first time loading this seed. The second time I loaded this seed I got 1 emerald and 3 diamond.
There is much more I have yet to explore. If you happen to find other goods please provide coordinates. If any of the coordinates I've provided are incorrect, let me know so I can fix it. Enjoy.
Special Thanks:

I'm new here, so mind anything wierd on this post. Okay, I don't think there are emeralds in the Xbox version. Am I in the wrong place? Or are you in the wrong place?

We have emeralds in the xbox 360 version now. You can mine them below level 32 or 40 (not sure which) in extreme hill biomes. They spawn in chucks between 0 and 4 and individually. In others words you won't find two together. Or you can trade with villagers to get them. They are very rare.
Placed my main nether portal @ 16 56 196 I like to put my nether portal underground because it seems to give better protection in the nether from ghast.
Portal coordinates in nether 7 60 59 (To make a nether map bring the materials into the nether and then put it together there.)
Fortress is @ 18 54 61 just a few blocks from the portal and through a few nether rack blocks.
Blaze spawner @ 91 68 83 It is already mostly covered so it's easy to close off.
I was planning to post coordinates for nether quartz but it is very common. About as common as coal is underground in the regular world.

That's close enough to another spider spawner (8 40 140) to make a double xp farm.

chest with 8 melon seeds 170 38 49
Those are the only melon seeds I have found on the entire map so I can now complete my farm.
