is this guide intended for young people too right?

Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move

The kiddies are subjected to profanity right out of the gate when using the internet period. It's not my job to keep things cleans. The guide shouldn't have (much) swearing, otherwise the mods would hound me until I removed it.
I'll also not "tone down" the language because I don't have the tiniest flicker of a soul. I'm purely heartless and I just don't care.

But you can just use [external program] to fix this!
Noonononono. This is suggestions for vanilla minecraft. You're pretty much saying they can use a mod to fix it. Plus, your idea shouldn't have that issue to begin with! If you can't find a solution that can be done in vanilla minecraft in a practical manner, don't use this as a last ditch attempt.
One of the suggestions in "The Suggestions Hall of Fame" used this excuse against people that did not support the idea. Wait, didn't you tell people to use an external program to fix issues that would rise if your suggestion got implanted?

Being a nerd is nothing to be ashamed of. Nerds rule the world! Who invented the internet? Nerds. Who created personal computers and smart phones? Nerds. Who made every video game you've ever played and ever will? Still nerds. Who sent probes to distant planets? Nerds, nerds and more nerds! I'm a nerd and I'm proud.
It is breaking the rules. Your lucky that lots of people did not complain about the profanity, or else you would get in big trouble.

Nothing happens when I report a bad post and the post stays up. I just told the user that he/she was lucky that a lot of people did not report the thread.

And what do you imagine that will accomplish? Even if you just state it as a fact without any implications whatsoever, do you for some reason think Theriasis would care about some imaginary situation in your head?

...Do you honestly expect the first post of a massive thread to just...vanish? There's some "dirty words" but no swearing in the first post, and if there was, a mod would PM me about it. You know how I know that for sure? Because it happened a couple years ago already and I had to remove the swearing from the image part of the guide, which was from a time where swearing was allowed on this forum.
You also aren't allowed to mention what posts you reported here.

No, i don't expect the first post of a massive thread to vanish. But I would expect that all or most of the profanity be removed by a moderator.

One thing I would like to note to everyone, not simply critics; if you are to report someone, don't be THAT guy. You know. Don't be the hat that goes and tells the person that they've been reported. All that causes is petty revenge scheming and forces things downhill. You know that road to hell? You'd be walking it.
With that said. Someone complained about cursing/swearing 30 pages of posts ago. Shut up, there's no problems. If there were, it would've already been corrected.
This guide seems to have A LOT of profanity in it.

I don't think this guide is intended to shelter the poor, innocent kiddies from the internet. Rather, it's meant to beat sense into people.

It should be added to the FAQ side.

"Crossrails and Changes to Currently Existing Rails!" is the name of the suggestion.
The OP told me that to fix issues, I could use MCEdit. That was the only workaround provided.
