Maybe you used a fuel to fuel your amulet, rotten flesh maybe? Every 30 seconds would use 3 rotten flesh. It's balanced and gives it use!

You know who can tell me something I already know? Me. All the time. I'm really good at telling me stuff I already know. I don't need help in that department. I don't know about others, but I can't imagine I'm alone here.
The Staff of Teleportation is a little OP like this sorta "free but low-lasting " spammable teleport. I think it would be better if:
Teleporting affects the Player with an unique "Phasing" Debuff for 10 seconds, if the Staff is used again while the Debuff is active, the Staff will take Double Damage and the Player will be damaged for 4 Hearts (8 Damage), ignoring Armor.
I just dislike the Amulet. Free infinite potion buffs are way too OP.
I would fix it like : When the Amulet gets Crafted, it gains 100 Charge. The Amulet consumes 1 Charge / minute when its being equipped. When the charge runs out, the Player must recharge the Amulet with another Morganite Block in a Crafting Table.
Finally the Armor Stealthing is not that bad, but I would nerf it not completely Stealthing the armor to 100% Transparency, something about 40%-50% would be enough. Bonus Idea,if an Enemy player gets in a ~30 Block range, the Armor gradually becomes more Transparent (3 seconds for Max Transparency)
But why would rotten flesh be a fuel? It doesn't make much sense. Maybe I can make it consume glowstone dust?
Maybe I can consume glowstone dust? Good luck with that!

If these were added to the OP, I would fully support it. The original suggestions are a little to overpowered to me, and making them rare doesn't necessarily mean that it's balanced. You'll find it eventually and, once you do, you'll be nigh indestructible. I highly suggest considering Macapple96's ideas in your suggestion, it will balance it more and make it more appealing.

I already planned on adding Macapple96's ideas to my suggestion (I will give him credit, too). I forgot to reply to him saying I would.
I don't really see how this is overpowered. It is the second rarest ore in Minecraft (first being emerald) and the hardest mineral to get. I can buff the price of the morganite amulet or make it have durability if you guys think I should.
The point is once you get it, you're far more powerful than everyone else. The rarity guarantees it. King of the mountain until someone else gets enough to match you. I think that once you hit the diamond tier any other variant needs to be equal to diamond, but with distinct advantages and disadvantages. Actually now that I think about it...
I would like to see 2 additional ores added to the game with similar rarities to diamond, but each found in the other dimensions. Then have all three have obvious advantages and disadvantages in a rock/paper/scissors kind of way. Diamond > {Nether Diamond} > {The End Diamond} > Diamond. This way, should Bob find enough {nether diamond} to make a full set, you can counter him by finding enough diamond to beat him. Then Tracey can go and find {the end diamond} to counter you.
Having other uses for new ores that people come up with is a nice touch, though. Some are good and others are bad (but probably only need a little tweaking).
There are always ideas for gear that is of a higher tier than diamond. It isn't needed. I'd like to see more creative uses for some of the stuff we already have in-game. Like obsidian scissors (better durability -or- yield...not both) and boats (for traveling across lava lakes/oceans). Sticky pistons that can release the items they push/pull (perhaps a new model that has a built-in comparator). Etc...

Three things:
1) Being more powerful than everyone else because you have Morganite doesn't change much when the entire PVP system is about having better gear than your enemy. Adding Morganite just gives players more doodads to collect to become nigh-omnipotent.
2) The only reason tiers above diamond aren't needed is because no challenge in the game warrants its existence. Heck, nothing warrants diamond's existence either except the Wither.
3) In your example, Nether Diamond is by and far away the best diamond because Ender Diamond is finite due to being found in only the tiny End. Eventually, all the Ender Diamond will run out, leaving Nether Diamond with no counter.

Did something happen to you in your childhood to give you this unreasonable fear of rutabaga?
Yeah...the end. I don't know why they made it so small, but that isn't my fault. It could always be that nether diamond is harder or more dangerous to find in the nether while the end diamond is easier to find off-setting the tiny size of that dimension. Then again, The End needs to be bigger. Why is it so small?

now i think of it, it should be nerfed AND it shouldnt be better than diamonds, diamonds have been our GOD for ages.
Better than diamonds? Uh no, it is not "better than diamonds". You can sacrifice protection and glowstone dust for buffs with the amulet. If you get very good enchantments, bejeweled gear has the potential to be better than diamond.
