While trying to load my saved world from my device(iOS and Android) it gets stuck at "Loading Resource Packs" Then it says "Unable to connect to world. Check Internet connection and try again" I've tried turning multiplayer off in the world settings and it did the same thing. I can load other worlds fine just not the one I've mined out quite a bit under the surface
As far as I know Minecraft can detect if a world is corrupted. And that wouldn't explain the fact that I was playing it. Saved and quit and tried to reload and started getting the problem. Also when I loaded up the world after mining out a good portion underground with the help of beacons it took 5-10 minutes to load the world.
All what you've described is what happens when a world is corrupted. I'm guessing you didn't make regular backups, otherwise you could've just restored from one.
I mean it is possible. But since you mention backups how would one go about backing up a world on mobile? I know my way around devices and can think of a way it would theoretically work but want to know if there's an official way to do so.
I do have one maybe 2 older copies of the world, one of which should load up no problem and the other gets stuck at the loading resources screen for a few minutes before eventually loading in usually. Sometimes it freezes the game or does what the current one is doing. If I had my pc up and running and it wasn't in parts or I had a laptop to test out the world on windows 10 to see if it's just stressing the mobile platform out too much.

Probably that world is corrupted, restore from backup.

You can create multiple copies of the world and additionally backups of the files.
