Yesterday I tried to claim the Minecraft Earth skin (which I got a code from way back in May), and I realised that after redeeming the code, I did not get the skin.
Is this a bug or is it meant to be unobtainable right now?
I always play Minecraft Windows 10 Edition with my friends who play on their Xbox's.
One day they told me there was a free cape in the Marketplace called: The Founder's Cape 2019.
I searched and searched but couldn't find a single trace of that skinpack.
I also went on different devices, such as my Xbox and my Mobile phone (with the same Xbox account) but couldn't find anything at all either.
I really hope this was a bug for me and that I somehow can get those skins, since I was aware it was available for everyone, but not for me.
It's not the end of the world if I don't receive them, but getting them, would grant you all a big thank you for helping me.
