Okay. This may be a little convoluted, but I'll do my best to explain well.
I have made many, many purchases with Minecoins from my XBox live account, to the tune of over $100 over the years. About two weeks ago, they all vanished. Microsoft referred me to Mojang, I opened a ticket, and I've received no response.
I play on my phone, and my kids play on the Switch with the same purchases. They mentioned they couldn't access our content and I could access it on my phone for an additional day, then they disappeared too. When I logged on to the Switch today I got a pop up saying that there was an error with my account and that I wouldn't be able to use the marketplace until they resolved it. It gave an error code of -3 and an ID number. I googled that to no avail, and then came here.
Even stranger, the purchases I made on my XBox account were gone, but some purchases I never made for mobile or Switch were showing as purchased. Some of these I did purchase for the WiiU from a totally unrelated account, and some I don't think I ever purchased.
And yes, I am using the same Xbox account I've always used. I can't figure out how to access my purchases history, but I do have my odd remaining amount of Minecoins (130 I believe) and I also have screenshots showing that the texture packs I made worlds with was missing. I have no idea where they've gone, but this is going into the third week without access to my purchases, and having my ticket (and a tweet) wholly unacknowledged. I'm honestly not trying to be upset or anything, because I'm sure they get a lot of requests and I don't know what they turnaround is, but it's incredibly frustrating to have spent so much on a game (when I factor in all the consoles I've bought it for, and all the additional content across platforms, I've easily spent three or four hundred dollars over the years) and not have access to things I've paid for and be generally ignored by support.
Absolutely any help in this regard would be deeply appreciated.
I get that. I wasn't expecting help at an administrative level. I was really just trying to possibly find someone who had experienced anything similar. I'd assume I'm not the only one.
Just knowing it's not just me helps a little. Having dropped so much money on all this stuff for it to disappear can be a little unsettling. I've been bugging them pretty consistently, I guess I'll explore other avenues.

Thanks for taking the time to talk.
