Currently, we have an iron golem farm in our multiplayer world played with friends we trust not to knowingly do anything to break the game. We followed designs for the golem farm and villagers bred themselves up to 10 for that just fine. Then we went over 80 blocks away from the 1st farm and away from all other villages or towns naturally spawned as well as any we built ourselves and attempted to build a second iron golem farm because the number of friends playing in this world kinda need that much iron...We built it underground but left a huge chunk of the surface exposed to the sunlight for breeding purposes. The villagers bred just fine up to 7 villagers then suddenly stopped. Nothing else had been changed in the world at the time. We dont think we hit villager spawn limit because we killed 4 villagers from somewhere else and the villagers in the iron farm still wouldnt breed again. If this is a bug please look into it and fix it. If its not a bug then please help?
