I've been looking around for different iron farms for my Xbox 360 world. I play with just a couple of friends, so we don't need anything big. It'd be great to get a 30+ iron/hour rate, but it doesn't matter too much. I've looked at the Iron Bakery, which seems pretty good, and a couple of other designs. How can I get a decent rate with ~1 hour of work?

Dear Justin Bieber haters,
I owe my life to Justin.
On March 9th, 2013, I was in a coma for 6 months after a terrible car crash.
One day my nurse turned the radio to Justin’s song.
So I got up, and turned the radio off
"When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade! Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man whose gonna burn your house down - with the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that'll burn your house down!"

There are a ton of IRON farms, check youtube for one you like (easy of build, easy of understanding from the tuber, and one for which you have enough resources)
It will likely take more than an hour, but once it goes it'll be worth it.
The farm itself is easy enough to build just a box with a bunch of doors and some pods for villagers. Its getting the villagers in that takes the time.
I moved 2 by rail to where my farm was, and set them in the pod, but then it took forever for them to breed up to 10 villagers to activate the farm.
