You are both rational and emotional. You value creation and discovery, and feel strongly about what I create. At best, you're innovative and intuitive. At worst, you're scattered and unpredictable.
Anyone have the full details on what it does. Will it reset my whole world? Just the nether? Will it kepp what i build?
Do you mean the reset nether feature? If so, then it completely resets the nether, so anything you built in the nether previously would be completely gone. What it does is make it so your nether has things like nether warts and blaze spawners if it was created before those came out.
It does not effect your actual world in the least.

The good people, they always die. And the bad people do too...But the weaker people, the people like me, WE have inherited the Earth. -Morgan Jones
There's a Nether reset option, which functions as Howarthee described. The other "Reset to Default" setting refers to your game settings. Volume, sensitivity, gamma settings, etc.
Do you mean the "Reset to Defaults" button under the "Help & Options" - "Settings" menu? if so, what it does it reset any setting changes you've made to their defaults... Things like the Audio, Control, and Graphcis that you set separately using the other buttons on that menu. It does not reset terrain in any part of the world.
