I have lately had an extremely annoying issue regarding the audio format in the latest resource packs for Minecraft Windows 10/PE.
The audio format for everything is .fsb (Seriously, check it for yourself here: https://minecraft.net/en-us/addons/) .fsb as you would have guessed, is prevalent in console games and used to prevent people like me from converting, modifying, or replacing those files without a special program. That special program happens to be FMOD Designer, which is currently not available for download.
Earlier today, I was creating a resource pack to make Minecraft appear more ominous by adding cave sounds into the game, but I was unable to do it, because of what I mentioned. Regardless of what I tried to do, nothing worked. Other people on the internet had the same results. I have no idea why the developers chose to use .fsb, but something needs to be done about this.
Changing the audio format back to .ogg is the best thing I could think of that would solve this issue entirely. I'm not sure if consoles are compatible with .ogg, but what do you think about this?
(For the one who moved this thread to MCPE suggestions, thank you. I did not consider where this post should have been, but posting it here would be a mistake, since this suggestion is relevant to the upcoming change for console, windows 10, and pocket edition.)

I've been having the same problem, but my best effort on google only lead me here.
