I tried other versions of Forge but same result except 1.16.1-32.0.75 and 80. 75 is the one I was originally playing. But I updated a few mods and the forge is outdated for them. Mainly OptiForge. Thanks in advance.
Or you don't install optifine. It's not of the essence in a modded world, you should have plenty of resources to play even without optifine (and there are optimizing mods best suited to modded worlds).
I updated my Forge to 1.16.1-32.0.98 and a few of my mods (forgot which I updated) and now my game won't start and gives me this error message:
The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.VerifyError: Bad local variable type
This is the crash log: https://pastebin.com/mCmznREu

Remove mods one by one till you find the culprit.
Well I got 70 mods. Better then having 100 of them and I have time to waste, so let's go!
You have incompatibile Forge and Optifine:
/preview_OptiFine_1.16.1_HD_U_G2_pre12.jar OptiFine TRANSFORMATIONSERVICE /preview_OptiFine_1.16.1_HD_U_G2_pre12.jar OptiFine TRANSFORMATIONSERVICE
/forge-1.16.1-32.0.98.jar fml TRANSFORMATIONSERVICE
From Optifine Changelog:
You have forge-1.16.1-32.0.98...
Correct this.
The last optifine is _pre13:
So there isn't a Forge higher than that compatibile with optfine.
Oh, I was blind I didn't see that. But if I understand this correctly Optifine isn't compatible with newer versions of Forge.
So if I want to run it with other mods I'll have to outdate few of them same as Forge. Do I understand this correctly ?
