To begin, start over, it's really bad. Look at some guides to learn how to texture.

I don't quite understand the "theme." What are we looking at?

The theme is experimental/corruption(ExpertCorruption of music and textures).
And yes i do know how to texture things properly this is an experimental.It might not look the best but its just a resource pack, every persons opinion is different.

Why would you have rapid, flickering textures, enough to cause a seizure? It would be hard on the eyes of anyone, even if they aren't prone to seizures.

And your textures themselves aren't exactly aesthetically pleasing either. Way too harsh, too much neon. Recolors of default textures.
This honestly needs a lot of work.

I was going for something that changes peoples view on things, something that makes their skin crawl. Also use US English for the text changes their quite disturbing. I might make another resource pack that looks better then this one soon, but really dark and soul crushing.

The textures are too powerful, they kill your eyes sometimes.This would be good for some horror/mental maps though. Also i will change textures over time in this to make it look better.

edit:Some textures are place holders.

Really? I call it "Modern Art" or "LSD: The Game: Minecraft Edition".

I thought it would be a good idea for safty since the pink wool is dangerous to stare at.

I just made a map for it and made it creepy as nether.
