This was one of my favorite resource packs when Scuttles was here. Glad to see it's back, but having problems getting it to load in 1.7.10. Probably me. Keep up the great work.
I'm trying my best to finish it till 2nd Septemper(1.8 release date). At the moment, I'm finishing GUI and banners, working cool-stuff-magic and fixing some bugs.

So 1LotS when you do finish and release this pack update will it be in 128x and then you do a 64x and 32x,or 128x and 64x? I was just wondering because I can't run anything over 64x.
I'd also love a 256x version *~* I saw you said "Sorry, but it's not possible I started remaking LBPR much earlier than I posted it on MCF... But I think x128 looks also quite nice " but is there even a slight chance you would do it after your all updated on 1.8 and stuffz? =D

I just can't do it. I can't make a bigger texture in good quality from a small one. It's just physically impossible. Sorry
well 1LotS I want to thank for you'r hard work in updating this pack. I look forwards to seeing a 64x in the future :). Also I now have my first banner.

That's a shame. The 256x texture pack of the original Photo Realism was one of my favorites before it was abandoned. If you ever figure out a way to pull it off, I'd love to use it. Until then, though, I think I'll go with something more stylistic.

I'm sorry to ask, and I definitely know little to nothing about texturing, but couldn't you use the textures from the LBPR x512 pack to produce x256 textures for yours?

I can, but I can't make my textures bigger, because many images I used are only big enough to suit x128 format.

*Sigh*.. it's a shame that 2 weeks after I find a pack I like, Mojang goes and updates the game, rendering the RP I had useless, which apparently has been abandonded by the original creator, and I can't find a good replacement... I hope and prey that you might find the time in the future to create a x256 or even perhaps a x512 version of your RP to keep the package alive.
Personally, I used the LBPR x256 pack on 1.7.10, which looked amazing... then Mojang had to go and start messin around with MC and borked (yes, I said borked) it when they updated MC to 1.8.. But it's not that big of a loss since the massive FPS issue I get with 1.8 makes the game almost unplayable for me now...

As I am not too familiar with the whole modding process and am fairly new to this game... Honestly, No.... Before you decide to be condescending with your tone, please be mindful of the fact that not everyone on these sites has a ton of knowledge in the subject.
Lot! First, let me say thanks for updating the LB Photo pack! That pack has been the cornerstone of our server, and the lack of updates have been causing a lot of issues for us.
Here's a little feedback as to my impressions of it:
I like the stained glass. It's simple but effectively conveys the colors well.
Tulips looks super awesome.
I really dislike the look of the dark oak wood. The other wood looks good, especially on the endcaps, but the dark oak just looks really bad to me.
The texture on normal stone doesn't flow well together. It creates a pretty jarring pattern on large stone surfaces.
Nether Stars look amazing!
Horses looks pretty damn sweet.
Overall, I really like it! I would like to see the stone texture change, personally, but I'm very grateful to have this pack!
hey, i tried to download the resource pack of this LBPR for 1.8 and the problem is that when i opened the "downloaded" folder and it doesn't have the png and stuff in it... so its EMPTY! can u look in it?
a quick question.. when would this resource pack be done? I was wondering.. blc i dont know the status of this resource pack that u are working on.

Oh ok that's what I wanted to know. Thx 1LotS.
