There are uses for this still even though we have creative mode now. I use it to keep tabs on the inventory of players on my server... Looking forward to the 1.8 update, thanks for keeping this alive!
can you provide a direst link? i've tried many inventory editors, and none were this good, but unfortunately, adfly does not work on the computer i play minecraft on most of the time. maybe can you switch to mediafire?
when i do to an adfly page, it keeps on jumping to an advertisement page before the adfly page is visible, and although it asks me if i really want to leave the page, it does not let me stay.
sorry to hear about that I will get a mediafire link up after i reply to replies
span>Wait if your going to continue the IVNedit will there be ANY update where it will work for mutiplayer?
I need to fix the Player UUID problem and update the items and blocks and well groups from what i can remember that's a fun job, lol... no just kidding it take time but its easy if i can still use the old data for blocks and items if not I need to type the minecraft:itemname in to the config file from scratch.
but as far as multiplayer it should work because its reading the player it will take some tweaking but there is a good chance it will
span>Isn't this just another version of TooManyItems?
yes and well no, TooManyItems is a mod where you have to program or add files in to your game such as forge or for those who remember Modloader lol good times... that't was back in beta. but INVedit is a standalone program that works offline and done not require you to change, add or remove any Minecraft files it will EDIT the player file and add or remove items with out adding or removing files your self. human error is the most common error of all kind and that's where problems start.
How is the 1.8 update coming? I'm glad to see you're continuing this!
I have been waiting for a potential partner that may help code for INVedit, I also found out that some of the files where .cs which makes it not a C++ program but a C#, so I don't know if that will make much of a difference for the person that sent me a message, the person may only know C++ so I may still need someone that knows how to code in C#. as far as me learning it, My mind just cant comprehend all the information going in at once. It would be better if I had someone to edit the code and fix the bugs and then I can update and add to the document files to add blocks I have done that before and found it vary easy, I'm more of an HTML and DOS coding person they are probably the two most easy to learn languages.
I may still need someone that knows C#, If you or you know someone that knows C# please get them to contact me via MC Forums or via email on the my main post for INVedit.
To not create a new thread asking about this id rather ask you driectly, how much would it cost to develop something like this, its been 6 months, and i understand if you cant post, not all lifes are the same.
- Thanks for making progress tho, if i where older id probably "paid" for this to be developed.
Does this inventory editor add in an item to your minecraft inventory, as long as the said item has an ID? and another question, dopes this editor work for 1.8 and higher?
I'm going to do my best. thanks for your reply

It worked in 1.8, it does not currently work in 1.9
Could we get this updated?
