The good news is that crash was fixed, the bad news is that a version containing the fix hasn't been released yet.
I imagine the best place to post crash logs is the github probject's issues tracker, as they'll hang around like a bad smell in there, while forum posts get lost and forgotten about. Although with the issue tracker is it's polite to check whether your bug has already been reported first, whereas on a forum someone might do all that for you.

I am trying to use both Amidst 3.7 and the new AE to generate a map I am on with a FML/LL profile and I keep getting this crash report
If by saying a "FML/LL profile" you are saying that you are using a profile of a modded version of Minecraft then that's your problem.
Amidst and its derivative versions don't work with modded copies of the Minecraft.jar.

You know what would be amazing? If you were to add support for biomes o' plenty terrain gen. It would be very useful to find the biome I'm looking for to build my base in modded. (Crag.)

In times past, and I believe it was before Amidst 3.7 I was able to use the modded jars to load the maps. I could be wrong since it has been a while since I used that verion.
Even if Amidst was able to work with a modded version of Minecraft.jar, it still WOULD NOT be able to give you a proper modded world biome layout. For that to happen, the modded Minecraft instance would first have to actually load all the mods that add biomes to the game, with their final configs (example: if you tweak Biomes O' Plenty biome weights or disable some biome(s), the whole biome layout of the world will change!).
That pretty much means that for you to get a modded world's biome layout, you would have to do it in-game via a mod.
And because the mods often update and add or remove biomes, your world's biome layout is incredibly dependant on the installed mods, their versions and their configs. Such support can't be simply added to Amidst. It would have to be, like I said, an actual mod for Minecraft. Think similar to Mapwriter or Journeymap or later versions of Zan's minimap, but the "explored map" would simply be replaced by an infinitely scrollable biome map. It might actually not be that difficult to add that to Mapwriter, but unfortunately I don't have the time to try it out right now.
Kind of related modded world tip:
If you are now creating a new modded world and you want specific biomes to build in, I recently made a mod that can do that. You basically make a "biome template" image in an image editor, and the mod uses that to decide what biome goes where. You could use that to make patches of the biome you want, regardless what biome would have been there naturally. It does work with BoP, but at the moment unfortunately not with ATG. I haven't tested other biome mods with it yet. The mod is called Painted Biomes, it is available from CurseForge (just search for it there).
Actually the mods that I have used in the past are things like Xray, Optifine, Forge, Village Marker, and Village Info. Nothing that would alter the biomes.

The good news is that crash was fixed, the bad news is that a version containing the fix hasn't been released yet.
I imagine the best place to post crash logs is the github probject's issues tracker, as they'll hang around like a bad smell in there, while forum posts get lost and forgotten about. Although with the issue tracker is it's polite to check whether your bug has already been reported first, whereas on a forum someone might do all that for you.

If by saying a "FML/LL profile" you are saying that you are using a profile of a modded version of Minecraft then that's your problem.
Amidst and its derivative versions don't work with modded copies of the Minecraft.jar.

You know what would be amazing? If you were to add support for biomes o' plenty terrain gen. It would be very useful to find the biome I'm looking for to build my base in modded. (Crag.)

In times past, and I believe it was before Amidst 3.7 I was able to use the modded jars to load the maps. I could be wrong since it has been a while since I used that verion.

Curse PremiumThat pretty much means that for you to get a modded world's biome layout, you would have to do it in-game via a mod. And because the mods often update and add or remove biomes, your world's biome layout is incredibly dependant on the installed mods, their versions and their configs. Such support can't be simply added to Amidst. It would have to be, like I said, an actual mod for Minecraft. Think similar to Mapwriter or Journeymap or later versions of Zan's minimap, but the "explored map" would simply be replaced by an infinitely scrollable biome map. It might actually not be that difficult to add that to Mapwriter, but unfortunately I don't have the time to try it out right now.

Actually the mods that I have used in the past are things like Xray, Optifine, Forge, Village Marker, and Village Info. Nothing that would alter the biomes.
Why not read a few earlier pages (I ask that question all too frequently!!!)? if what you say is correct, this will work!

Neither Amidst nor AmidstExporter will modify any existing worlds. If you're still gun shy, make a back-up copy of your world for insurance.
