Gemtastica (a.k.a. JAMM [Just Another Mineral Mod]) is a mod that adds minerals to Minecraft, but not in the common way of just "throw in a bunch of ores to the game and respective armor and tools" but in a "throw in some ores, depending on the type add the respective tools/armor, otherwhise not". What I'm trying to say is not every mineral added in the moment has tools or armor (in fact, none has armor, I've been short in time) and some won't even have them. This mod tries to change the way you play Minecraft.
At first, you will see you can't craft wooden tools. You must craft Flint Tools, which are more durable and a bit more efficient than wood. Then you will want to craft stone tools, but oh! you can't. Instead, you must find Overworld Quartz, craft Quartzite (recipe below) and make tools from that. From there, the game continues as follows.
There are other things added in the mod, as Sapphire, Orihalcon, or Zinc, but they have no uses yet.
*Industrial Furnace
*Tools and weapons
*Overworld Quartz to Nether Quartz and Vice-Versa
*Orihalcite (made from Orihalcon)
*Hardened Orihalcite (from Orihalcite)
*Zinc Ingot (from Zinc dust)
*Coal in Iron for Steel
*Quartzite
*Flint & Steel
*Stone and wooden tools
and Planned features
*Furnace is very, very buggy In-part fixed
*java.lang.NullPointerException when Shift-Rightclicking in a empty slot I think I fixed that too
*Alloy is so buggy
*Maybe other things I havent figured out
Planned:
An alloy (When I figure out how, I am very noob :P)
New ores (Including, but not limited to: copper, tin, aluminum (I don't know how to write it), maybe silver, etc.)
Lead sulfate (It may be useful :P)
Alloys (I only can remember bronze in this moment)
Explosives (Made from uranium, plutonium and one from neptunium)
Mineral dimension
MCreator :v A: No. Alloy is buggy! A: I know. I will try to fix it. i no craft wood/stone tul, ur mod sux A: They were removed Do you have a Patreon/PayPal, etc.? A: No, but I really think I must make one. Can I have the source? A: Yes. See the link in the answer to the first question. For some reason I put No Derivatives, but go ahead Can you add x? A: Maybe. Leave a comment. Seriously? Minerals? A: It may sound repetitive/overused/etc. but it's my first mod and I really wanted to share this. I know there's a lot of mineral mods, but heh.

That's all I can say, looking good so far though.

I'm planning to add more, my priority now is fix the alloy, then add new ores/armor.
I may have bad english, sorry.
Also, if you are using 2.4.5, it's very probable that the Industrial Furnace won't work. My recommendation is revert back.
I may have bad english, sorry.
