If not, bundle up the cinnamon sticks into cinnamon bark, a lovely reddish junglewood log block.

Another idea is that you can put 2 of any bark on top of each other in a workbench to get one stick.If you don't get what I mean by 'On top of each other', it's basically the same as a normal stick recipe, but replacing planks with bark.
Also, ACACIA BARK! It's make like a birchbark canoe, and goes a fair bit faster that a normal boat, but will break if you hit a wall at maximum speed slowing down even a little will prevent this (Hey, it is WOOD after all, so if it goes faster, a real-life fast wood boat would probably shatter, so yeah. Realism!). Hitting soulsand will protect it from breaking at any speed.

don't get me wrong I love the idea of this mod but your advertising a retextured boat as a canoe. I am cost salish and my people like to canoe pull (race) and we use paddles and a alot of different sizes. single - 1 person double - 2 people 6 - 6 people 10 and 16. we all have to paddle in sync. I don't know how advanced you are at modding but if you can please make it look like a canoe and if you add doubles or more then 1 person make it so it has to be in sync. and have a chance of tipping (funniest part of canoe pulling). This is a sport and not trying to be offensive or anything but this is nothing but a boat with more health.

Better textures are always cool--I'm not exactly a texture maker. I just modded the vanilla and simple ores textures. I will definitely consider these notions when I revisit this mod. It's time I started porting things to 1.8, now that Alexndr is porting Simple Ores.

I am not much on modeling for Minecraft. Perhaps one of these days I will learn more, but the vanilla Minecraft 'boat' isn't a boat, either, it's a wooden tub.
I started using your unbreakable boat because I can't stand it when my boat breaks when hitting a lily pad and I'm not that great with steering the boat so I feel more comfortable when the boat doesn't break and I can just boat right into a block. The only issue I'm experiencing is that I can't seem to break the boat to get it back into my inventory as soon as I get out of it and I can't get back on the boat either. I have to exit the game back to the menu screen and when I'm back in the game, the boat is now somewhere else. I'm in single-player, running Forge 10.13.4.1558. No error, no crash, just can't break the boat until I launch the game again. Thanks in advance!
It should be compatible with the OreDictionary. I can only use SimpleOres' variants of copper, tin, etc. I want to be able to use those ingots from other mods!

Curse PremiumBetter textures are always cool--I'm not exactly a texture maker. I just modded the vanilla and simple ores textures. I will definitely consider these notions when I revisit this mod. It's time I started porting things to 1.8, now that Alexndr is porting Simple Ores.

I started using your unbreakable boat because I can't stand it when my boat breaks when hitting a lily pad and I'm not that great with steering the boat so I feel more comfortable when the boat doesn't break and I can just boat right into a block. The only issue I'm experiencing is that I can't seem to break the boat to get it back into my inventory as soon as I get out of it and I can't get back on the boat either. I have to exit the game back to the menu screen and when I'm back in the game, the boat is now somewhere else. I'm in single-player, running Forge 10.13.4.1558. No error, no crash, just can't break the boat until I launch the game again. Thanks in advance!
