I do have to note that link you provided links to mod generators, do not use them. They may not require knowledge of coding, but they're limited, buggy, messy, inefficient, hated in the community and are just plain pointless. You have to know how to code to mod, any generators are just an illusion that shatters the moment you need to do something other than make a block or item for decoration purposes. Don't use MCreator or other mod generators.

by the way I am looking for FREE stuff and am not able to find it I am still not very old so yah if you can provide a direct link to a good learn to code in java for minecraft mods that would be great!
I agree, but for some people, coding just isn't there thing.
Then they shouldn't be developing mods. There's a Requests and Ideas section for a reason, if you don't like programming, feel free to post your idea in that section and a developer may pick it up and develop a mod based on it if they want to. Or, you can recruit a programmer to work with you, you as the ideas guy, and the programmer as the, well, programmer.
It's harsh, but it has to be, you cannot mod without programming. The outcome of modding without programming would either be the generic "Dirt to Diamond" or "Emerald Tools" mods, or really really bad low-quality ripoffs of much better and bigger mods like IndustrialCraft, Botania, BuildCraft, Thaumcraft, Thermal Expansion, etc. One way or another you have to know how to code. Simple decorative mods are fine, you can use MCreator for that, but any more and you should toss it out. Want to make an entirely custom entity with custom logic and AI? Not possible with MCreator. Want to make a new minecart? Not possible with MCreator. Want to make an addon for a mod or have your mod interact with another mod? Not possible with MCreator. Want to make a custom furnace that uses adjacent blocks as fuel? Not possible with MCreator. 99% of more advanced ideas that aren't hard at all to do with code are not possible with MCreator. And that's your first problem.
The second problem is with MCreator to my knowledge you don't get the source code, it generates it for you. So you'd have to decompile a class yourself, which is way too advanced for people who use MCreator to do themselves without a problem in the first place, and it has tons of small, trivial errors that may take hours to fix that people who use MCreator may not necessarily know how to fix.
The third problem is once you get the source code, it would be wise to just delete it and start over for two reasons. One, you didn't write the code, you have no clue what the code does or how it does it. You'd have to dissect it and figure out what it does which adds needless complexity. Two, the code MCreator generates is messy, bulky, inefficient, bad and last I checked, outdated (last I saw of decompiled MCreator mod classes it used Forge but referred to ModLoader compatibility classes, something you never ever ever ever ever ever do as the Forge ones are a tonne more stable, efficient and reliable). So you'd have messy and inefficient code that just confuses you, especially if you're new to Java.
The fourth problem, and it's one that doesn't really slot at the end but is overarching all of these problems, MCreator teaches you literally nothing about coding. Hell, you even need to know how to code to use MCreator in the first place if you want to do the more "advanced" stuff with events, kinda contradictory of the point of the application if you ask me. Okay, you know you can add a block to the game, whoopdy-doo, you already knew that, but do you know how to do that in code? Answer would be a no. MCreator is pointless in the grand scheme of things, it's a magnanimous waste of time. Not only do you need to ditch MCreator and forget everything you learned with that, but you have to rewrite everything you did in it from scratch yourself. Major waste of time.
Modding requires programming, there is no way around it, any way around is just an illusion that shatters the moment you need to do something it cannot do. Do not use it.
ok good information but I am looking for a download-able thing if thats possible
If you mean tutorials that you can download, not sure there is any available. You could download the videos of Youtube and play them off of your drive using a media player, and I'm sure there's an application / website that'll download entire playlists, the problem with that though is TheNewBoston has about 80 something videos on Java, and other playlists aren't exactly small either.
btw I have made a complete marshmellow mod with mcreator but then I wanted to make a pizza mod and decided that mcreator just was not going to cut it (no really mcreator will not cut pizzas for me =( ) I have here because if a learn to code I can make that pizza mod with a bunch more ideas!
and jcm most likely the mod creator will take pretty much EVERY SINGLE PIECE of credit for that mod as if it was his own idea (yes it was his code but I should get credit for the idea)

That's also another thing I forgot to add. MCreator, and likely most other generators, force you to bide by their licenses. MCreator's license actually states that you have to give a substantial amount of credit to MCreator and the MCreator developers, otherwise you're breaking the ToS and they can get you for that.

If I helped you in any way or agree in my ideas or posts, make sure you click that green arrow pointing up below my post or simply huggle me! I use 1.7.10 (Modded), so when I comment that I like a 1.8 mod, I will comment to downgrade to 1.7.10. I support no pics, no clicks. Suggestions that I think that are the best deserves a banner!
It is almost time to say goodbye to 1.7.10 because of the recent surge of big 1.9 mods.
Why MCreator sucks: jcm2606's file (doesn't open a new tab) He allows/welcomes anyone to link the file, so I put it here in my signature for people to know how MCreator functions. I thank jcm2606 (he's awesome) for creating the document/file and I'm just here to spread the word.
For what its worth, I managed to make a mod that added blocks, items, tools, armor, crafting recipies, and I think some ore generation all long before I knew how to program in any language. I just copied youtube tutorials exactly and changed the names/values of stuff.

But that's pretty useless as you don't understand what you're doing.

Hello I am looking to see if there is a such thing as what I said in the title and I do not have 250$ to pay for the mod design 1
Tehre is. Search on youtube.
The internet is a very useful place. Google is too. And http://www.google.com/search?q=how to make minecraft mods may be useful too.

No, it isn't. Read this. It's not good, at all.
As for the free stuff, is this not good enough?
