I do not really understand the modifications. I created it in mcreator for 3 days. This is too difficult for me and I want to transfer it for further development and inclusion in the main add-on.
So I managed to unzip the jar file but now I don't know where to put the files. I checked the minecraft folder and it doesn't have a mod folder. So where do I put the files?
Thanks. I downloaded Forge and did all that. I put the jar file into the mods folder but when I start up forge the mod doesn't show and when I'm in the game none of Divine rpg shows.
quick update on how this works with Terrafirmacraft
* hell doesn't work correctly for me (due to TFC not liking when you try to travel to the nether, although other dimensions overall seem fine) so that's a whole group of mobs and ores inaccessible, unless you get super lucky and The Nether loads properly for you. It hasn't yet for me.
* same for The End (and creating an End Portal manually will only generate a direct copy of the overworld, with random end stone generation) but I'm exploring that, I can't accurately say whether mobs from The End generate in the TFC version or not yet. I'm honestly mostly exploring there to see if I can force GT5u to generate Naquadah, or if it's factually disabled in the code.
* Twilight Forest - overworld mobs are spawning in it, at Y levels much higher than I expected
* Vethea is a problem. I crash every time I try to go there. And it's like a 30-45 minute wait for the crash to actually happen.
* Dimensions in general - the mobs CAN be collected in MFR's safari nets, for use in autospawners. This feels like an oversight. Maybe consider disallowing this in the code. I know that TFC's specific squid entity can't be picked up by them, you could ask them how it's prevented?
* Overworld mobs - due to how TFC has block gravity, I'm struggling to set up an underground cavern and floor it in vanilla stone, to see if I can get DRPG mobs to spawn. The ones I want all should spawn "regardless of light level" but damn all I'm getting so far are bats. I'm gradually expanding this cave, I should have an update on this point in particular in say seven hours.
Apologies for the delay - DRPG's mobs from The End do not appear to spawn when traveling to The End with TFC installed (as it is a carbon copy of the overworld, with rare pockets of End Stone generation)
is the mob generation handled per DIM or per biome? I would have to guess per biome, as all of the biomes in TFC's End are overworld biomes
