I don't see any way to create new waypoint sets or rename existing ones, how do I use them?
If these features don't exist would it be possible to implement them?
Add keybinds to switch waypoint sets.
For waypoint sorting I would love to see buttons that "Move to Top", "Move to Bottom", "Up 10", "Down 10".
Perhaps it's me but mousewheel scrolling is pretty cumbersome. I keep waypoints of Aura Nodes for Thaumcraft and when you are navigating a hundred of them the mousewheel is excruciatingly slow.

A new set is created for every world and dimension. Custom sets are not yet implemented.
You can click and drag waypoints to move them. Also, there is a scroll thingy on the right of the list which makes scrolling as fast as you want it to be.

Try again. Works for me both with and without adblock. I've already reported the problem to the Shorte.st team as you're not the first one to experience this.

For example, I have hostile mobs set to red, and items set to gold. If an item is in a chunk with a red overlay, it looks like a red hostile mob. Might I suggest grey instead of red? Or maybe allow people to change the colour and opacity?

Difficulty: Very difficult if making the minimap load exact texture colours for all blocks (Minecraft is doing some weird stuff with textures and since I can't edit the code directly because of Forge it's not an easy job), easier if only making grass and leaves change colours depending on the biome.
That's not the difficulty. Getting the correct texture is. There is no direct way to do it so I'll have to figure out my own way.
You guys gave me a lot of motivation so I've already started working on it
Best of luck with that! If you need some help i recommend looking at the Voxel Map code, I'm not a programmer but I know the way MayimaOtaru does it works pretty well so maybe you should look into that

I get to the page at the link, and the button loads in the top right corner. When I click on the button, nothing happens.
EDIT: Tried disabling adblocker, and it worked. I had assumed that that wasn't the problem, as even with it enabled the add still appeared.

I'd been hoping for this as well. It's not stopping me from using it in conjunction with BOP, but it would be really nice to determine nearby biomes via the colors on the minimap. Currently most tree types render as green, rather than their modded colors, etc. If this is something you're considering adding Xaero, any thoughts on the difficulty to implement and a theoretical ETA?

Why don't you just average all the colors in a block, or minimize the resolution to 1 px.

That's not the difficulty. Getting the correct texture is. There is no direct way to do it so I'll have to figure out my own way.

Best of luck with that! If you need some help i recommend looking at the Voxel Map code, I'm not a programmer but I know the way MayimaOtaru does it works pretty well so maybe you should look into that
