Hey @Drullkus. A friend of mine just gave me a decent idea. Once you get into making the thermal smeltery controller block, would it be possible to add pyrothium as a additional fuel type (second to lava) that would allow faster smelting and 4x production (or something similar)?

it might be pointless, but have you thought about adding a machine that allows you to break down a molten fluid back into it's originial molten fluids? so for example turnining alumite back into aluminium and copper

Quick question: will the machines be really added? Because if they are supposed to be in the mod, they aren't there
what machines? the OP states that you use TE's crucible...

i keep making the same mistake, i think "oh, i've given them a few months, surely it'll be fixed by now" THAT is why i seem to ALWAYS be angry to some of you, my advice is to get the lead out.
there were nice things here, until the mod author threw a tantrum.
The Pattern Stamper and the Extruder, look at the first page, near the end.
Those machines are in the code, even the textures, but they aren't actually in the game.
fair enough, sounded like you were asking something else is all.

If I helped you in any way or agree in my ideas or posts, make sure you click that green arrow pointing up below my post or simply huggle me! I use 1.7.10 (Modded), so when I comment that I like a 1.8 mod, I will comment to downgrade to 1.7.10. I support no pics, no clicks. Suggestions that I think that are the best deserves a banner!
It is almost time to say goodbye to 1.7.10 because of the recent surge of big 1.9 mods.
Why MCreator sucks: jcm2606's file (doesn't open a new tab) He allows/welcomes anyone to link the file, so I put it here in my signature for people to know how MCreator functions. I thank jcm2606 (he's awesome) for creating the document/file and I'm just here to spread the word.
I don't know if you're still maintaining this mod, but you have the yellorium block incorrectly being cast from 9000mb of molten yellorium, rather than 1296mb. (144 * 9 = 1296)

Wrong, actually.
One ingot of Yellorium translates into one bucket in the Reactors. This is the same conversion model.
It translates into one bucket of FUEL. That's an internal thing that's only relevant to the fuel rods. Just as with any other ingot, one yellorium ingot in the smeltery melts down into 144mb. Therefore one block is cast from 1296mb. Most importantly, other mods are expecting and using the standard 144/1296mb model.

Regardless of whether it's listed as fuel or a liquid version of the ingot in the BigReactors mod using a 1000mb/9000mb recipe in relation to the smeltery/magma crucible makes it take something like 30 yellorium ore to make a yellorite block. This happens using tinkers smeltery and I would assume the magma crucible (from what I could see through NEI).
I've currently set the Yellorium option in the config to false and everything seems to be working fine now with all the other highly useful recipes still in tact. Would love to see this fixed at some point.
Yeah you're free to include the mod in your modpack
It's not that special. :\

It's already a thing in base Tinker's Construct.

never mind *

So... Like a centrifuge?
pretty much yes.

Do you plan to make those machines avaible to us or are they just an abandonded idea?
Extremely great Mod by the way
Thanks! They're really broken now but hopefully they'll get fixed.
I love the pattern stamper machine, that is a great idea.
Since I am super inpatient, any eta on when the knew machines will be added?
Keep up the great work.
10/10 for this mod. I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE!
