Well, at the very least it's not that OP and it makes sense, and you have the crafting recipes there and it's not MCreator, so nice job.

Stop treating mod devs poorly. These people mod as a hobby or as a service to the community, they don't have to take your suggestion and you are not entitled to anything from them.
Good mod, it reminds me of EE. However I don't like the design of the orb, it looks a bit silly.
I am horrible at art. Honestly the hardest part of making a mod is the graphics (for me at least). If you have any better ideas, feel free to send them my way.
matt can u change the image of the orb so ppl with texture packs can swap them out? i did a reskin of sphax for the orb that i wanna use but yea..
What do you mean by "change the image"? You should be able to overwrite the image in your texture pack anyways. The name for the orb is "exchangeorb:exchangeOrb" if that matters. Again, I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to graphics, so if I'm completely in the wrong with how texture packs work, feel free to let me know.
now that is nice explanation thanks soo much for this, is it possible to make a configable craftable recipe for this stone
would be awesome if there was a system u could make where ppl could even add more recipes to the stone thru via config somewhat how lucky block can do it.

I think what you're looking for is a recipe changer, of which MineTweaker would be the best for that. Once you learn their simple text file format you can remove any recipe including mine and replace it with your own.
As for adding other mod's resources, I could probably use the ore dictionary, or you could add those with MT as well.
A quick little mod I made that adds a mid-game item capable of converting some of the various types of vanilla matter between each other.

The spoiler above the download link has screenshots. I'm not sure how to rename the spoiler.

any possible chances for forge port?
also an idea u could do a nether star surrounded by coal blcoks and u can call the orb dark matter????
I could probably work on that, make a config for "hard mode" and all that.
The mod is reliant on forge!
I would need more details, like what it would be used for. Decrative, tools, weapons?
[quote=MattDahEpic]Thse quotes wont work unless you have another below it? It removes the last endquote block in the message
and im willing to do testing on the fly

I went and researched how texture packs work client side:
(Note: I have not tested this.)
The format of the texture pack should be, with each indent a new folder level:
