Hey, thanks for reminding me. I keep forgetting to add trapdoors. =P
I'll probably add them to the 1.9 version though.
Could there be another final update to the 1.7.10 version? If that is not too much trouble, as that would essentially add everything needed to custom content creation.
Hey, great mod! This definitely helped with the Dark Side Lucky Block I made and its works really well! All I can ask for is that it gets updated to support 1.9 or 1.10 so then my block can be used in those versions as well.
They run off the vanilla format, I am assuming you mean that the recipes would only work for that specific furnace?
If not there is a furnace config file already, be sure to give it a look.
yea, that's exactly what i mean. trying to make a custom macerator/pulverizer. i did look through it but didn't see anything related to different recipe sets or the speed of the furnace.
I love this mod. I'm a HUGE fan of customization mods/plugins (like the semi-dead MagicSpells by nisovin). I've been pouring over the config files but I was wandering is there somewhere that explains the texture json files?

It's just the vanilla minecraft texture system, same as if you were to make a resource pack.
Thank you. I'm guessing that the guns are already set to render at a 45 degree angle?
Looking at it and the json I think I sessed it out.
I do have a different question. Is it possible to make blocks (like walls) based on vanilla minecraft blocks? So far I'm not having any luck. I replaced any instance of 'lootplusplus:' with 'minecraft:' and it's still a 'mystery' texture.
I am working on updating from Loot++ 0.2.1 (for 1.7.10) to version 0.2.4. I am also using Thaumcraft 4.2.3.5.
Thaumcraft adds its vis stone to several of the loot chests by default. This vis stone has NBT data indicating how much of each vis aspect it contains. The default entry in chest_content.cfg (Loot++ 0.24) looks something like this:
The problem is that Thaumcraft is randomizing the vis amounts every time the game runs. So every time Minecraft is started, the chest_content.cfg gets populated with another entry for the Thaumcraft:ItemAmuletVis, but with different numbers in the NBT tag. These appear in nearly every type of loot chest, and after several times of starting Minecraft, the loot lists start to get spammed with vis stones.
As Thaumcraft doesn't have a config option to control population of loot chests, there seems to be no way to stop this behavior. I've tried removing the NBT tag in chest_content.cfg altogether, and I've tried weighting the vis stones to 0. Thaumcraft still pokes in a new one every time the game is run. This didn't happen in the older version of Loot++ where the NBT tag was not being explicitly shown in chest_content.cfg.
Is there a way to tell Loot++, in the default chest loot lists, to use "any" NBT tag, and to prevent a new entry from being generated when Thaumcraft randomizes the NBT on game load?
I know chests may be a ways off (entities can't be easy to work in just yet) but any plans on adding vines and cactus? Maybe an un-animated block can hold an inventory?

Hey LavaSlayer,
Hmm, yeah. That's a problem. I don't normally use Thaumcraft, so I wasn't aware of that. There's no way to make it do any nbt tag (and I wasn't expecting a mod to change the nbt tag on chest loot every time...), so I'd suggest going back to the version before that change.
I know chests may be a ways off (entities can't be easy to work in just yet) but any plans on adding vines and cactus? Maybe an un-animated block can hold an inventory?
Yeah, inventories aren't all that easy to add (since they need GUIs, so making them of configurable size wouldn't be so easy). I have wanted to add chests and 'backpacks' for a while though. I'll look into it when I can.
Hey! I downloaded the 1.8 version of this mod to try it out and now I'm trying to download the 1.7.10 version for a modded survival world I'm starting soon. However, when it tries to load the website page, the connection times out. Does anyone else have this problem/Is it because of the website or is something wrong with the link?

Hmm. You're right. The website seems to be down right now. If it's still down when I wake up tomorrow, I'll talk to the website owners and see what's going on.

I've been trying for about three days now. I'm able to get to a "snapshot" of the home page, but I can't get anywhere from there.

It wouldn't be too difficult, would it?

Tmtravlr is very busy working on the 1.9 and 1.10 updates. There is no specified release date.

You can download Loot++ for Minecraft version:
Ensure you have Minecraft Forge installed, and move the downloaded file to your mods folder.
Contact me via reply or PM if nessecary.

Oh dear. Is it still not working for you? I was able to load it when I tried right now.
Working fine now. Thx for the support!
