this mod is amazing, but whenver i do the /fset command in creative i always get a text that says "not enough arguments." what does that mean? i've given myself a **** ton of XP and tried it again with the same result. please respond when you can.

The way you use /fset is in the video somewhere, but basically it works like this:
We've seen mobs, guns, and new items before, from other mods. What I want is what makes Fallout gameplay unique: the RPG behind the FPS. Give me levels, give me perks, give me SPECIAL, give me VATS. Make the Pipboy the key to accessing all that, unlocking baked-in tutorials and ****, allowing you to pop into VATS, allowing you to manage perks and SPECIAL, like the Thauminomicon in the Thaumcraft mod, because reducing the Pipboy to a glorified Backpack mod ripoff is doing it a severe injustice. (Besides, I want to get addicted to Mentats, and I can't do that if it isn't included. And Mentats are a boost to SPECIAL stats.)
Also, the bottle cap recipe is broken if you're going to have traders use it, especially in conjunction with mods that increase how much iron you have handy. Have the bottle cap come out of the recipe a "blank bottle cap" unusable for trading but required for crafting an expensive Nuka~Cola. Then, have drinking a Nuka~Cola do what it does in Fallout- including giving you a "bottle cap" usable for trading.
Last but not least, in my opinion, not only does the HD textures not fit the world unless you have a resource pack that fits it, but they might reduce performance of computers that can't handle HD resource packs. I suggest making two versions of the mod, as it seems to be close to a 50/50 split whether the HD textures are good or bad.
I have a request for the mod! It would be nice if you could implement the zoom option, and VATS at a later mod dev stage, overall great mod! Also, it would be nice if you added in 3D models at some point, which I could help with.
If you show it to me I'd love to look at it and probably use it, my modeling sucks lol.
They are very VERY overpowered, but when I say broken I mean that they just don't shoot on servers.

or

That'll set your medicine to 100.
Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, but I have no idea what happened. Do you have any other mods on the server? Are you sure you installed forge?
The model itself looks good, but the texture is bugged I think :/
