1) Im looking at the v5 code on github and I cant for the life of me figure out where or how you register your Uranium ore block that im seeing in game. Where might I find reference to the Uranium ore block in your code?
edit: Found your BlockUraniumOre class, I have no idea how I missed that...
2) Im curious about this v6 rewrite you mentioned. Any details on whats to come? =p
3) is there any way to protect the player from radiation?

Awesome science mod! We need science in Minecraft! SCIENCE!!
Q. Are you guys still doing bugfixes to 1.7.10?
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
If I helped you in any way or agree in my ideas or posts, make sure you click that green arrow pointing up below my post or simply huggle me! I use 1.7.10 (Modded), so when I comment that I like a 1.8 mod, I will comment to downgrade to 1.7.10. I support no pics, no clicks. Suggestions that I think that are the best deserves a banner!
It is almost time to say goodbye to 1.7.10 because of the recent surge of big 1.9 mods.
Why MCreator sucks: jcm2606's file (doesn't open a new tab) He allows/welcomes anyone to link the file, so I put it here in my signature for people to know how MCreator functions. I thank jcm2606 (he's awesome) for creating the document/file and I'm just here to spread the word.

Yes. Yes we are. That said, be aware that Minechem v5 is under a feature freeze, and smaller bugs may not get fixed if the impact is low (eg, something turns the wrong color) but the process to fix it is high. World-breaking bugs are (almost) always fixed.

Yup, as soon as they show up, we take a poke at them, and see how we can go about resolving the issue.
I'm subbed to their github, and it most assuredly appears that they're squashing bugs left and right.
Awesome! We need em' bugfixes!

I have the same issue, I believe it is that certain liquid tanks don't like the liquids from minechem.
No no no no! Bad! You're stupid and you need to understand java if you're gonna go telling people what their crash report means!
What zamers is having trouble with is a forge fluid registry error. He must have a mod that hasn't registered its fluid (a.k.a. even an old Minechem version will do that) or is incompatible with the new fluid registry. He has to look for the errored mod in the report because it's not my job to police his client for him.
You have to update growthcraft to a newer version (but seeing as it's not out yet just wait and don't use a ferment barrel or remove the cellar module and any linked to it.) This is completely a fault on growthcraft's part and you're posting this in the wrong thread: shame on you!
Help! I have a problem with running Minechem with other mods...

so, is there no way to protect from radiation damage? I just opened a container that had a stack of Uranium I had let decay just to see what would happen and instantly died. It would be nice to have something that prevented that damage.
Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move
Just a few questions:

3) is there any way to protect the player from radiation?
Will you be adding in the ability to actually automate the chemical synthesizer any time soon?
Please report this on github, or update one of the existing tickets if it's already been reported.
1) Yup, BlockUraniumOre.
2) Yup, my Patreon supporters get to see the entire development roadmap, as well as get alpha build
3) Erm...what radiation?
Have you tried automating it recently?

Yeah, I can't seem to pull out anything from any of the sides, no matter what I use. Input seems to work fine though.

i had an issue with minechem not working with a bunch of mods, here's the crash report
http://pastebin.com/jLu2fxdh
The constructor says it stores 100k energy but needs 300k energy to assemble a thing.
How do I get 300k of energy available to the device for this purpose?
There is a working generator attached and frequently used, so it's not actually unpowered, more like insufficient internally stored energy.
The generator is currently storing over 500k energy, so it's not the generator.
My five-point rating system: Yay, kay, meh, erm, gleh
Check your minechem.cfg
