i don't suppose you could change the top and bottom sides of the lava/water stones to be the still animation? it's a little weird seeing water run 'down' my ceiling.
this mod is a must have when ever i play minecraft. i literally cannot play without it. i always keep thinking on how 'that block would look great here...'.
I think a big problem is that the static is waaay to high in resolution compared to all other Minecraft textures. Anybody interested in a revision of voidstone, making the effect more "minecraft"-y?
PS: The link in the OP still links to Pokefenn's repo, might want to fix that...
I recently turned down the resolution of the voidstone animation, I agree with you it was too high, and made both the animated and non-animated versions available, with the recipe suggested by BBolt
EDIT: Additionally, would anyone be interested in a Chisel subreddit, for easier discussion of all things Chisel related, and sneak peeks of the next update?
With the previous version, 1.5.7 i can make microblocks modifying the microblocks.cfg file. With the current version, 2.2.1.3 i can't,
I need to make a new microbocks.cfg file or is not implemented yet the compatibility with forge microblocks in the 2.2.1.3 version?
Its just 2.1.3, The jar name is Mod Name (Chisel 2) version (2.1.3) type (Universal), You can still modify the microblocks config file and manually add it but I am indeed working on support
I'm working on the animated voidstone, I don't like it much either. I'm not sure I can make a starfield quite as good as the OpenGL wizard himself (azanor), but I'm looking into it. CTM is a definite possibility. In the dev version, you can have both animated and non-animated voidstone, the animated is crafted with an eye of ender, the non-animated with an ender pearl.
The waterstone bug is known, and fixed in the dev version, thanks for the report though.

Wait, there's a dev version? Is it on Github?

@Cheeyev Yeah, if you want to build it yourself. I'm thinking of releasing a beta soonish, once the new stuff has stabilised a bit (Still need to run this past Cricket )
Someone has requested chiselable redstone lamps. I'm happy to implement them, but I need some textures for them. Can anyone help me out?
Let me help. Are there any Redstone lamp textures on the Painterly Pack thingy?

Would it be possible to add a way to convert between different glasses. I dont think it does that in the latest version. For example can convert from normal glass to quite clear glass (Ender IO) but cant convert back?
That would be overpowered, as quite clear glass is not simply smelting sand.
Uh yes it is. Its just smelting in a. Alloy smelter. AMD u can already convert from regular glass to quite clear glass. Also check wiki if u don't believe me
Yup, you heard me, I'm now working with Cricket on this. Big things are planned

Or isnt this a Chisel Problem?

Hi... From the looks of it, you don't clean up your texture calls with a call to put the lightmap back the way it was before you started drawing.
Are you open source? If not, then pm me, and we can figure this out.

Edit: The IRC Hacker forum title should have gone away by now... but that's actually a real thing, and probably the easiest way to talk to us
To get me my blocks i have to put a sample in the output box and supply an example in the lower slot as to define the source?
i would think that the lower one is the output example? and whether it can make it or not is an internal check.
You can always build from GitHub, but I released a private beta to a few people. Patrons always get a build

Only one variety, which doesn't fit well, IMO.
