Cheeyev : I'm not planning to add more compatibility now. I think MoCandyMod is an interesting mod however I don't thinks it's large enough to be implemented in candycraft mod compatibily. Moreover I don't like the idea of creating many things (armors, cake, ...) with no real gameplay features.
So no, I'm not gonna do it, sorry. However CandyCraft can be compatible with KristinnVikar's mod if he/she decides to do it.
I've started to update CandyCraft to 1.8, however, it's gonna take a long time to update. To give you an idea, I've got 3674 errors to fix. (Thanks Minecraft engine update :p)
Hey, I want to make a mod pack with this mod. I have permission from the other modders, but I would like to know if you would be okay with me doing it. It's okay if you don't though, I'll just not use that mod.
valentin4311 as always for some reason i give you mod conflicts so here is another i found while using the direwolf20 modpack. It has a lot to do with world generation and your i am guessing new honey dungeons. also i was working with a feed the beast associate on this and we cant determine the issue so i was hoping you could determine if its your mods fault or anothers.
This mod has a ton of promise, however I've noticed some small things. I highly recommend adding the ore and liquids to the forge dictionary, and eventually linking into forge multipart. Giving items proper names, instead of b1 b2 etc, would make fixes and updates much easier on you in the long run. Also the entity issue with mass arrows never despawning. Even on a top end computer the fps drops near nothing with the lag of them at times.
Insanity : I don't see where is the error :/ Sorry. Launching Candycraft with Direwolf modpack is quite difficult.

MysticAura: Since I'm updating the code and the texture code changed, I guess I'm gonna change blocks and items names. I'm also going to add ores and liquids to the forge dictionnary since I'm searching for a high copatibility with other mods. I don't think It's a problem from CandyCraft, I guess another mods is trying to modify chest content of honey dungeons. However I'm not sure it's compatible with Candycraft system. I'm gonna try to increase CandyCraft compatibility in the next version (1.8 Update)

yes that could be it. I'm pretty sure that forge has a release for a chest contents api thats most mods like buildcraft and minefactory reloaded use

OK that's great, but a majority of the mods are at the 1.7.10 level and are not wanting to push forward yet. you could do something like crayfishes furniture mod and have two versions of the same update 1.7.10 and 1.8. I know it is probably twice the work but most people are not using mods on 1.8 yet. Also now thinking almost all very popular mods or mods usually used in the ftb monster or tekkit/technic pack follow this api i am talking about so if u get it down you should be very compatible with mods for the future
