Updating the config screen to the new one introduced by bspkrs as it is pretty nice and easy to use. Should make things look a little cleaner. I will post an update very soon. Just need to add a version checker
If you get killed by a zombie, now it will spawn a zombie where you were with your name. Kinda like you became a zombie and now you have to fight your own dead body for your things
Seriously, though, I do agree with you. That certainly would be a nice effect. I have Weather disabled in Optifine, so it wouldn't really matter for me.
It wouldn't even matter for me even if I'd have Weather enabled anyway, because pauljoda won't port the mod back to 1.6.4, which is the version I play on.

Its a old version and 1.7.10 is out and stable. Don't ruin this mod for everyone because if you continue to complain about me not porting it, I'm not going to enjoy working on it at all and then nothing will get done and this mod will die.

1.7.10 have many mods now. Better than old ones. You're right, there's no point in put much more work in older versions.

I asked it not because of raindrops are so painful, I did it because pauljoda in his mod can "put things on the screen". That method can be used for rendering raindrops in the event of raining, when you're outside. Got it?

Same here, and it actually crashes my minecraft due to memory. So for now, I have taken this mod out, and the "Out of Memory" crashes have ceased. Please try to fix this memory leakage problem as I love this mod and would love to have it in my worlds again.
Just to let you guys know, I use a Mac, so if you find any .DS files, or _Mac files in the zip, just delete them. Mac automatically creates them and Mac users do not see them, but PC users will. Enjoy!

In order for this to work online your server must have it installed. This is because all player events for damage and such result on the server side. All the client does is render what the server says. When online, your client will not track the events I need to determine when damage is taken. Thus, this mod will always need to be installed on the server as well.

Theme packs. I would like to have the ability to switch between things like the realistic theme that currently exists and a more minecrafty theme and possibly more.
It seems there was an argument over water effects. I might make something of that. Not sure yet
Heart pulse. Kinda seems obvious
Injuries. I've done things like this before but never really got into it. Essentially if you fall you hurt your leg, and that will cause a limp. Burns will make you weaker. Etc

-Using a new config system, works like other forge mods (not my custom one anymore)
-Blood splatters now slowly drip when on the screen. They move very slow so it may be hard to see
