Those that can't be bothered to read get a response but my question doesn't, that's seems weird to me.
Modded items are supported, you just need to use the full mod text ID. If you use a numerical ID the results can change randomly between worlds with multiples mods.

Thank you. Now I am using 1710 version and from what you have said, I can use the numerical IDs that still exist in that version. I do have NEI among my mods so would I be able to put in a modded item's ID from NEI and have it recognized by this even if that mod's configs give no ID #?

First, click the download button on the Lucky Block page on Planet Minecraft. Second, install 1.8 lucky block mod by dragging it into your mods folder. Third, activate minecraft once to load the 1.8 properly, this will add another folder into your minecraft game folder (the same folder where your mods folder is) named "Addons". Fourth, download the spiral and omega lucky blocks (any any other add ons you wish) and put them in the lucky_block folder inside the addons folder. Now when you start Minecraft again with the lucky block mod installed you'll have spiral lucky blocks and omega lucky blocks in addition to the normal ones.

Partial yes, it would work in that particular world. Numerical ids change from world to world on some mods so it would not be very effective. For the best effect you need to get their text name (which does not change between worlds.) Press F3 + H (In case you get confused this is for when you are not in your inventory or chat box) to see the names for the modded items.

Before i tested, i renamed the texture files,it don't works after i tested
I'll be honest I am still working on my own. I keep getting a crash thus meaning I've renamed something wrong. Check the documentation on the lucky block again and see if you missed something on the texture.

Well I only use one world so a numerical ID isn't a problem. And I never can remember that button combination to see the item names. Hopefully I will be able to add to the config now since I use a lot of mods that add in "valuable" items.

I tried to fix it,
It just need to test(I'm scared to test because of missing textures):
lol this game killed me with a TNT well
Get it from any ModPack Launcher like FTB or ATLauncher or any other, download any pack that has the mod on the version you need it and you are done

Crashed my game. Mus not be compatible with the other mods as all was fine until I put this one in.

Did you name the texture name to match the lucky block add-on name? The name must be the same for the file to be recognized.

The link of the mod?
My only answer is to look on Planet Minecraft. If you can't bother to read the past comments I won't give a direct link.

I can't find the real download link, nor can I find an addons folder in the mos files itself. Could someone tell me what is going on?
Never mind, scrolled and found the link. Thanks!
I just used this today for the first time and it is awesome. Thank you for the mod
First off, the download link is straight off of PlanetMinecraft.Second, the addons folder is in the minecraft folder not the mods folder.

the link on planetminecraft, specifically the page you linked to, links to another website that is known personally as malicious as well as to google.
