I accidentally tried to open the file and it automaticaly set it t default so now i cant use any .litemod files
please help
You shouldn't have to open the files for any reason, and LiteLoader should still load them just fine as they were intended to... If they actually aren't loading though that may be a problem you'd want to reach out to Mumfrey for in the LiteLoader thread.

I'm assuming you were using the resurrected version right? The other one (v5.03) isn't even for 1.7. If you were using that one however, which I doubt since MC couldn't even find it (unless you're using an older version of Gammabright that is...), I would delete the file light_normal.png in the environment folder and see if that works.
Now for the resurrected one, delete the world0.png file under the path "\assets\minecraft\mcpatcher\lightmap". That fixed it for me! You could probably delete all the files in that directory, but I don't think it's necessary. It shouldn't cause any harm though. Let me know if that works for you, and once I get the next update out I'll add all this information to the main post.

I'm using ornate 5 revived. I've looked through all the folders and can't find an MCPatcher folder. I may have given you a bad link. Here is what I hope is a better one.

Thanks for all your help kymaster.
That's the strangest resource pack layout I've ever seen. You could try deleting the colormap folder which I saw in there, but nothing else I could find looked to be a culprit. This is the version I downloaded, it looks to be the same thing and the official resurrection that is. For that pack you can just follow my second instructions and it will work just fine and should cause no issues whatsoever.
And no problem! I'm here to help, thanks for asking.

It worked! Deleting colormap. And thanks for the new TP too. I'm running both and it looks niiiiiiiice. =D
Just remembered the my feature request I forgot about... a fade. Toggleing the mod is instant, maybe add an option to make it fade so it's not instant, but gradually becomes brighter/darker?

I've had it fade before. I have to say it looks pretty cool, but it's not how I imagined the mod to work. I like it quick and snappy. Could look into it again though as an optional setting.
The 3.2 update is now live! I believe I've gotten the majority of the thread updated with all the new information but if I missed something I'll add it tomorrow. My goal was to get the update out today and I did. Now time for some Top Gear UK!
Hey, I have been using this mod for a while now and it's great! But recently I changed my texture pack and it no longer works. I searched for a fix and it says I should delete a file in my 'environment' folder. That file is not in my 'environment' folder.
These are the files in my 'environment' folder:
moon_phases.png - rain.png - snow.png - sun.png.
Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Could you send me a link to the texture pack and I'll take a look.
You have a custom lightmap. Either edit your lightmaps in assets/minecraft/mcpatcher/lightmap/ or delete the assets/minecraft/mcpatcher/lightmap/ folder to use default lightmap.
No problem. If you can't get it figured out let me know and I can look into it!

Nope. No luck. Here is the pack

Put your spoiler here.
Hehe look man!
If you can install LiteLoader successfully Gammabright should work just fine. See the LiteLoader thread for that.
How do I respond to this? haha
That's great to hear! Thanks! What features are you liking about it? And if you have any suggestions, feel free to share...

Are you planing to update to 1.8 now there is a 1.8 version of LiteLoader.
Do you have a beta you would like me to test.
Thank you for reading.
