MrCrayfish will not update the 1.7.10 version anytime soon, he said it during his Dev channel livestream that he will not update primarily due to the fact that he is used to the block models system in 1.8x and above.
This is good news, it's one of only 2 mods on my server to be updated before we can jump from 1.8.9 to 1.10.2, was about to try update it myself so pleased he's doing it

Sorry to crash your party but he has not released a 1.10 version of his mod, though you can download the 1.10 source from his Github repository and compile it. There is information on how to do that in the previous pages of the thread.

I compiled the 1.10 version myself like it was said in the post on the last page of this thread, seem sto run (of course not with all the functionality yet, but still nice), only thing I'm wondering about is the fact that the item textures seem not to be in the right place or in the right size sometimes. Is that normal or did I maybe compile wrong?
they should be in the src/main/resources/assets/<modid>/textures/items folder. If they are not there, that means something wrong happened during compilation. If they are in right place, show the gradlew command you used.

The textures are there, only the size and placing in the game is off. I used gradlew setupDevworkspace and then gradlew build, with the files/code from page 207 of this thread.
I think you can see what I mean in the Screenshot. It's not a realy big Problem, and probably just because it's not a real release yet, but still wanted to ask ^^*

I believe this is the reason why it has yet to be released.
It's an issue with Forge and OBJ models or something, which is the same issue that Bibliocraft is having.

Most likely. If not, the dude probably would have the version out already.
I do recall though from his live modding sessions that he uses JSON for his models though.
How did you do that?! Can you make a tutorial? Do you know where we can get gif like that? [if it was a gif]. Also, what version were you using? [1.7.10? *fingers crossed* ]
Will this be updated to 1.10.2? I like the mod.
It will as you cann MrCrayfish's open source has released a 1.10 open source, though it may be quite a while before the 1.10 update arrives.
Wish one of you would share your 1.10 version, for those of us who dont know how to code
