The "IllegalStateException: Already building!" is a kind of followup error when something has already crashed once.

Could everything that is enchanted be handled in gbuffers_armor_glint?(gbuffers_enchanted?) (Got it to render correctly but the effect is a bit weak, using gbuffers_armor_glint to boost it for armor at least)
Okay, so I don't know if this is a known bug or not, but searching for it I didn't find anything. For me, when using Misa's texture pack, some of the potion textures become broken/missing on the latest preview version A3 for Optifine 1.11. All the 1.10 releases and those that came before never had this issue. If this is a known issue my apologies and I'm sure it'll get sorted out before the final release.

I am reporting a bug I am experiencing in 1.11 with Optifine.
Just like post #53077, I am having entities be invisible. It seems to be based on location, If I move around, I'll eventually come to a place where I can see entities (incuding myself) again. In the end, I saw enderman particles in some locations and I could hear endermen, but they were invisible. At the same time, I could see other endermen in another location. This includes many types of entities including players, mobs, dropped items, boats, minecarts, etc...
When I restart MC without Optifine, I don't have this problem. I have played several hours with and without Optifine and I'm fairly confident it's involved with the bug. I am running no other mods or resource packs or shaders.
I have come across a few other people with this problem, and many who have not.

Confirming the same experience in a brand new 1.11 world with no mods. For example, while rounding up some sheep, I crossed some point where all the mobs failed to render, but their sounds would continue to play. If I backtracked a bit, they would all render correctly. What was odd, however, was crossing that same point again didn't make them invisible again (although, they would "pop out" again at some point past that).
I can play fine. However, my second browser of Minecraft crashes after a minute or 2 of being open in a world. My main Minecraft browser remains open and fine in the world.

Bug report (likely related to OF):
I've been getting IndexOutOfBoundsException crashes when playing OF with Galacticraft mod for a long while, the crashes always happens then I teleport from a Space Station dimension to the Overworld.
Firstly, I wasn't sure if it was Galacticraft's fault, until the GC developer says something about "the issue is fixable just by changing your graphics config settings". I haven't figured out what I could do in the settings but the crash doesn't happen if I remove OF.

The real problem "java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: field_191308_b" is caused by Forge rewriting the item registry (not backwards compatible). Fixed in preview A4.

I can not reproduce the invisible entities.
Already tried singleplayer, multiplayer, shaders, AA, AF, different resource packs, etc.
Is there a specific option that triggers it?
You can try to reset the video settings and try the options one by one.
Forge or OptiFine standalone? Which Forge version?
Only singleplayer or multiplayer?
Specific steps to reproduce it, for example: create new world, seed XYZ, walk to 120,70,600 see the sheep disappear?
Any errors in the error log?

This is honestly my favourite mod. I refuse to play any version of minecraft without it. The only version I allowed myself to play without it was the first release of 1.9 and snapshots.

Could everything that is enchanted be handled in gbuffers_armor_glint?(gbuffers_enchanted?) (Got it to render correctly but the effect is a bit weak, using gbuffers_armor_glint to boost it for armor at least)

Okay, so I don't know if this is a known bug or not, but searching for it I didn't find anything. For me, when using Misa's texture pack, some of the potion textures become broken/missing on the latest preview version A3 for Optifine 1.11. All the 1.10 releases and those that came before never had this issue. If this is a known issue my apologies and I'm sure it'll get sorted out before the final release.
Confirming the same experience in a brand new 1.11 world with no mods. For example, while rounding up some sheep, I crossed some point where all the mobs failed to render, but their sounds would continue to play. If I backtracked a bit, they would all render correctly. What was odd, however, was crossing that same point again didn't make them invisible again (although, they would "pop out" again at some point past that).

Well, Lescard and a guy named Ubiquitous have contributed a lot in keeping the pack up to date. A few textures are still missing, but the pack is still in 90+% working order.

Bug report (likely related to OF):
I've been getting IndexOutOfBoundsException crashes when playing OF with Galacticraft mod for a long while, the crashes always happens then I teleport from a Space Station dimension to the Overworld.
Firstly, I wasn't sure if it was Galacticraft's fault, until the GC developer says something about "the issue is fixable just by changing your graphics config settings". I haven't figured out what I could do in the settings but the crash doesn't happen if I remove OF.

The real problem "java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: field_191308_b" is caused by Forge rewriting the item registry (not backwards compatible). Fixed in preview A4.

Already tried singleplayer, multiplayer, shaders, AA, AF, different resource packs, etc.
Is there a specific option that triggers it?
You can try to reset the video settings and try the options one by one.

Only singleplayer or multiplayer?
Specific steps to reproduce it, for example: create new world, seed XYZ, walk to 120,70,600 see the sheep disappear?
